We've been in worse, but not by much. It kept the wind out of our hair and the shower had plenty of hot water. That's about it
-
Good overall.

Motel was no frills with economical price. Staff at office was helpful. Bed comforter had various cigarette burn holes in non-smoking room. Heard traffic noise from the room.
-
Beautiful area. Close to Mt. Greylock, Octobrr Mountain and Pleasant Valley Audubon.

Ok for quick

Clean, comfortable older motel. Not fancy but a good place to stay.

This is a dump! Creepy, old, worn furnishings. Not clean. Broken tile. Soiled carpet. Traffic noises all night. Poor mattress condition. Peeling wallpaper. I’m surprised that Expedia accepts the listing. It was our only option last minute during peak Fall season. I would never recommend it.

Arrived at 3 PM, had to ring the doorbell and call phone numbers before someone came stumbling through a door in the “lobby” to help us. The clerk asked us for payment, but it was already pre-paid. She clearly had no clue what was going on. We had room 1A, the “jacuzzi” room. The room was dirty and the bathroom smelled musty. It did not feel clean. There were visible holes in the wall that had been sloppily patched over. Everything, from the linens to the bedding to the shower curtain, felt old and in desperate need of being replaced. I would not stay here again.

Circa 1970's but clean and reasonably priced. Just what we needed

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and service was good. I would stay here in the future

There was a mouse in our room at night.

Room smells filthy! I have to sleep on my own mate and sleeping bag.

And I mean the David Lynch as a compliment.

Two stars for the friendly staff and R7 Lenox/Pittsfield location. Somewhat accessible, free parking, easy check-in, and no frills room. We didn't turn the A/C on despite the heat wave as we could see the lines of dust on & in it. If the crew is able, a deep clean and basic upkeep are very much needed. Disappointed for the peak price that we paid.

Hello. I had requested to pay in person at the property. When I checked in, I was told it was already paid. My travel companion expected to pay this bill, and although we tried to pay both at check in and check out, we were not allowed to. Now I have received a message from the Wagon Wheel showing that my credit card has been charged for this stay. And my friend was supposed to pay. This is not a good situation and I am not at all pleased.

This motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent.

It's a cheap motel of course but I liked my room and I slept really well there, and that's what counts

Last minute place to stay to enjoy Tanglewood. Strong AC
