Having the pool and hot tub was great. Very clean. Breakfast was complete with oatmeal and hot breakfast choices. Location was Central to all sites like Tanglewood. Highly recommended.

We had to check out three days early and the hotel would not refund us for the unused time.

Beautiful hotel, super clean and new looking, very helpful and friendly staff, room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable.

The location just off busy route 20 was a minus, especially since it is difficult to make a left hand turn out of the property with the heavy traffic. The hotel itself was clean, modern and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and well prepared/presented. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the exercise room.

Only to be rudely awakened early on the third morning and told we had to leave immediately!!! Horrible way to treat a guest. Will NEVER Stay at this hotel again. Ever!!!

Breakfast was OK. Coffee was diluted The price. Granted it was a weekend price. We paid around $450 for the night. While we were there, we overheard a phone call from a customer who secured a room at around $195. OUCH!!!!

Air-conditioning controls were poor. Thermostat was difficult to adjust and there was no ability to direct the cold air from the fan away from directly blowing on the bed. Had to move furniture to block it. Everything else was fine.

Good location and value during the high season when prices are sky high in the area. Breakfast is handy although options are limited. All day coffee in the lobby is a plus.

Just there one night, everyone on the property was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was as expected for this type of stay. Would definitely come again.

Very nice clean new property. Simple, clean, comfortable, quiet climate control. Decor is very bland. Desk chair is klunky fake mid-century modern. Pool is about 12 yards long, looked clean. But prices for any hotel near Lenox are just crazy in peak (Tanglewood) season.
