We had a handicap accessible room as my wife is in a wheelchair and we were very disappointed with the room overall. The first disappointment was the lack of handicap parking; five total parking spaces which is less than spots reserved for Diamond members. The next thing that was a disappointment was the doors for entering both the room and the bathroom; both of these doors were so extremely heavy and hard to manage. My wife could not use the doors without help due to the weight and the lack of stops. As a business man that stays in hotels on average of 70 nights a year this property did not hit the point and actually disappointed.

Maintained property. Helpful staff. I did not like the Asian food in the restaurant and should offer options. Why does the bar close at 10PM. Come back from Tanglewood and no bar.

Convenient location, clean, the gym was good. Hot tub was out of order, getting out of the property is tough during the day heavy traffic and trucks blocking the road at the grocery store. Bed was super uncomfortable. The restaurant Jae is in the building but the food was awful!!!! I got 3 sushi rolls and pretty much not edible I threw 75% of it in the trash. The rice and lo mein was ok.

We reserved here specifically because it listed a hot tub. We arrived to find an out of order sign on it. The desk clerk said the website stated that it was not working but neither I nor my wife could find any notice of that. Very disappointing.
