The staff were amazingly supportive and helpful.

I had taken an early morning bus from Ica to Lima, so I was very tired when I arrived. I was too early for check in, But was greeted warmly with coffee, water, and cookies. It was heaven after the 5 hour travel morning! I was also allowed to check in early. I have nothing bad to say. It was incredible.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Loved the kitchen that’s open to guests. Very hospitable feeling.

Great welcoming staff. The hotel has a wonderful selection of snacks, beverages and a well stocked honor bar. The atmosphere is pleasant and the breakfast is tasty. A bit of road noise at night but it did not affect my sleep.

The overall experience was 10/10. Location, friendliness of the staff, the nice room we were assigned, the breakfast in the garden or the patio (we were given a choice), and the restaurant recommendations from the staff made for an unforgettable stay. It felt like we were staying with friends, always greated with a smile, and genuinely made to feel at home. Thank you, we will be back.

The location, cleanliness and comfort of the place was outstanding but what made it truly feel like being at home were the staff, especially Antonio. His kindness, thoughtfulness and helpful information were outstanding. We can not say enough wonderful things about him and the other staff. Nothing

Fausto by Andean was a lovely place to stay - well located, friendly staff and nice rooms. The breakfast was very good and served in a lovely courtyard. The 100-year-old home was beautiful. We also really enjoyed the 24-availability of food in the kitchen. We don't have any improvements to suggest.

Great service and comfy

Beautiful little boutique hotel, with extraordinary service. I have never felt so well taken care of, and the breakfast and snacks were glorious. We did not want to leave. We loved it. Our room was a bit small, but they are not all like that

Excellent Staff and great experience Nothing

Room was too close the entrance and close to staff seating area. Less privacy. Need to contact staff for exiting and entering property each time.

Love the communal wine fridge and the upstairs open air patio.

Comfortable, beautiful decor, unique spaces

Due to renovations I was actually offered a room at Atemporal, another boutique hotel in the area by the same owners. My stay was amazing - unique, quiet, extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for a quiet stay but still close to many restaurants, cafes and museums. Staff were super helpful and breakfast was amazing in the beautiful courtyard!
