The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate. Breakfast was well presented and balanced. Shower, controlling the temperature.

The location was perfect for me. I was able to walk to restaurants and to several parks along the coast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable price. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Only from the staff! The building is very old and poorly maintained. When I arrived, the smell was pleasant (like a chemical product), but as time passed, the pleasant smell faded and a stale smell took over. The breakfast was very poor, and the cutlery was dirty. There was even food residue on the first fork I used!

The location was terrific. I enjoyed running the parks with the view on the ocean. I mainly had two issue with my stay. First, and while the staff is friendly, the hotel is understaffed. Somebody needs to be behind the reception desk to let you in or out, and often time I had to wait a while for someone to come and open the garden gate for me. Breakfast was just okay. No plant-based proteins. The other big issue is the hot water was out for a couple of mornings, but I was only refunded for one day.

Hotel is more than sufficient, but the great little bakery across the street closed in the few days I left Lima for the Amazon.

Good location because it was walking distance from the Mira Flores Park. It was close by a local bakery that had delicious bake goods. Staff was friendly and help us very well with booking tour and early check in. Beds were a little on the small side.

After a week in the Amazon jungle, this hotel felt like luxury ?? The staff were amazing, thank you. ❤️ The location was a little further from the centre than expected & the noise of traffic at the roundabout was not good, however the attentive staff made up for I everything & I got some steps in. It was steps away from the coastline…..perfect location for morning walks.

Location is convenient to the Malecon and Santa Cruz area. Keep the towels pristine. They try to charge if they have any soiled spots. When you have active kids, that is nearly impossible to avoid!

The property was in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value. Street noise of cars at night. Reserved balcony room but wasn’t worth the extra.

- position in Miraflores - friendly staff - old structure, not updated - room services (e.g. bathroom) need restoration - not so close to main Miraflores plaza so you need taxy - surrounding biuldings and panorama from terrace not good...

Very, very kind and friendly staff. Good location in Miraflores, a short walk from the coastline. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, really great breakfast. Good value overall for the price. Wifi was absolutely horrible - it was on and off on my laptop for my entire stay, and never worked on my phone at all. Several things were misleading from the description - the room was advertised as having a balcony, but the "balcony" was basically nonexistent, just an odd alcove that was mostly enclosed, and overlooked a small patio in the front of the hotel next to the street, when it was advertised as "garden view".
