The food wasn't the best, the bathroom needs more ventilation.

The front desk lady in the morning/afternoon was extremely helpful and nice! The hot water took 20 minutes to get hot in the shower. We also attempted to eat dinner at the restaurant, however no chef ever arrived.

The food was very good with local cuisine. The staff were responsive to requests and friendly. The location was in walking distance to food, a historic site and other facilities like a bank and food. Room was clean and bed comfortable with good wifi. Very poor noise isolation, you hear the neighbours, noise in the hallways and staff through the service shaft in the bathroom.

The Hotel and staff are very nice, excellent value for money, it is a great place to stay as a tourist, very safe area and its a quick taxi ride away from the center of Miraflores ( Parque Kennedy ) ($2USD) Thanks San Blas we will definitely return! The only complaint I have was the hot water was only lukewarm, they just have to turn up the thermostat.

The room was clean. The room and bathroom was spacy. Location is not necessarily perfect. Air conditioning was not working, although I did not ask to fix it.

Location was good for my needs, breakfast was very basic and simple. Lack of hot water in the shower

The room was large with two beds and a big tv The bathroom didn’t have hot water, there was an awful smell in the corridor of the hotel and the breakfast was not great. Good thing I only stayed for 12 hours

The first receptionist who received us was very friendly and kind. The Location was the best of the hotel very convenient for our daily routine. The pillows were really uncomfortable, hard and too high, the noise level was ok on the first day, on the second day, there were dogs fighting/ howling until 1:20 am or so, so it was really tiring. Breakfast was a little disappointing, no variety of anything, but luckily there were stores nearby so we got fruit and milk and cereal from there to eat it on the next day.
