Just the location Noisy both indoors and outdoors. A clunky, rattling AC, matched by a constant din and traffic at all hours made it impossible to sleep. The thin glass panes on the windows contributed to the incessant cacophony. The pillows stuffed with what felt like old socks added to the torture.

The Roosevelt is located in a great area. There is a park next door. There are stores, cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, book stores all within walking distance. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The breakfast has limited choices, but is very good, especially the French Toast! If you stay for three nights, they will provide transportation to or from the airport. The bathrooms are dated, but I like that there is a lot of counter space. Some of the rooms are spartan, but the beds are always comfortable. The value is very good. At this price range, I really have nothing to criticize.

Great location, the bed was big, the TV had good channels (makes a difference being in Peru for a few weeks), it all worked fine! Minor items: could have done with a second bedside table, bathroom furniture is not super modern but it all works well.

Superb location, in the heart of San Isidro! Shops, coffee shops and excellent restaurantes are at walking distance. Trendy Pan de la Chola is across the street! Bed pillows were too high! But, on request, they were changed.

The breakfast is good value for your money. You can repeat the hot drinks and juices and it was delicious
