Nice location and good restaurant I was very disappointed on our stay on Saturday. There was a wedding there and the music finished at 11:50 which was great. The disappointed bit that the staff started clearing up and moving the tables and chairs until 4:30 in the morning which resulted that we couldn't sleep at all as our room was in top of the venue..it was so bad because of the noise.

Friendly staff nice large bed in room which was very comfortable, extra pillows too. Bathroom was exceptionally clean, towels all soft and white. Very dated needs a makeover. Paintwork, carpets and some furniture needs a freshen up.

Had their roast dinner carvery on 2 occassions both excellent all staff happy to help you with anything lady in reception is a credit to her company wish all hotels were like this . Travelled alot in Uk and it was a sincere pleasure to stay here shower was excellent bed very comfy the main things ! The window only allowed to open about 9 inches their were wooden blocks put in place , this needs to be addressed as it was very hot weather . I understand the safety factor but only 1 floor up - perhaps children are designated special rooms with these blocks in place and all adults have no blocks on their windows ? Im full of ideas :)

The staff were very welcoming. We had a meal there when we arrived , which was absolutely delicious. Was very clean and welcoming the beds were very comfy. Either I would recommend it definitely They're also wedding reception happening upon our arrival. Unfortunately the music was so loud.It was vibrating with room that we had. We ended up having to have our television on full blast to drown out the music. We did receive a message prior to our arrival saying , there was a chance of slight disruption with the noise. However , I didn't expect it to be as noisy as it was.

Convenient Breakfast buffet was very good Rooms were a bit tired and could do with redecorating - but for the one night and for the price it was fine.

Location was convenient I’m happy to stay with basic facilities but the bedroom was disappointing, mouldy silicone on the bath edge, damaged carpet, leaking shower, and poor incomplete decor, expected more for £115 per night for 1 person.
