THE best hotel we stayed in while holidaying in Lisbon. Magnificent view from a River view room. Rooms were huge, clean and luxurious. We tried the Star and Melia hotels and Dom Pedro easily beat them both. Right next to a large shopping centre. The breakfast was average. Limited choice, scrambled eggs runny, some food ran out and was not replaced, coffee machine kept stopping. The other hotels had better breakfast.

the rooms are a bit dated, but the staff and service was absolutely incredible. rooms were a decent size, and for the price - this is an incredible hotel. the rooms could be kept up a bit better. there was some grout on the tile from recent fixes, shower water temp fluctuates at times.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful too hotel lacked atmosphere and was further away than I realised to central part, had to walk uphill to get back hotel felt like it needed modernising , the spa was verhy modern but the main part of hotel felt very dated,it felt soul less too and very much a business hotel.

Its beautiful, clean, luxurious, comfortable and plenty of room. Its location is a bit far away from the city centre so we had to take taxi’s a lot.
