Staff were very nice, single room was spacious and exactly what we needed for our stay, cute small balcony in room, towels provided Would have been nice to have communal body wash but otherwise amazing!
-
It was slightly noisy and no air conditioning so the room was quite stuffy

The room was spacious and bright, it had the necessary items in it. The woman at the front desk was really kind and gave us tips for our stay in Lisbon (places to see and day trips we could take for example to Sintra). The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. Bathrooms and toilets were spacious. You can reach the historic center within a 15-minute walk, there are good restaurants and supermarkets around the hostel. It's not exactly an issue with the staff/hostel but with other guests. Staff in the hostel clean the bathrooms three times a day, but some people come late at night, take showers and so on and then early in the morning these facilities are a mess (not all the time) so I'd just be more emphatic on talking to the guests upon arrival about bearing in mind these kinds of behavior and reminding them the cleanliness and time spent in the shower (one person spent like one hour in our closest bathroom so we had to go to other floors to get ready)

Very clean bathroom. Calm and quiet

Our door was difficult to lock, which felt a little unsafe. In addition, I was pretty sure I looked specifically for a hostel with air conditioning, and my room didn't have any. Maybe other rooms have it though, just not mine.

The hostel felt safe and well-maintained, staff were kind. It was nice and quiet, and the balcony was nice nothing, it was good value for money

Second time in this hostel, I would say it is a good option. Price x benefits is a good ratio. I was surprised that this time I was assigned to a bed that is a capsule bed. It feels like a coffin. Never been in one but I think the feeling is like that haha if you have issues with it call or message then and check normal bed availability.

I loved the location and the comfort ability of the room. The room was amazingly clean and very neat. The fan worked well. The bathroom facilities weren’t always clean. Some nights the bathroom toilet paper would run out and there wouldn’t be any in multiple bathrooms.

Loved the private room option, super comfy bed, it was giving old apartment vibes, felt like I could have just lived there :P Towels were supplied and a fan for the room:) Street can be a little loud at night, the bathrooms are okay some of the shower heads on other floors were kind of broken and for some reason the light constantly turns off since it’s motion sensored.

The room smelled very strong of must and cigarettes when we arrived. The bed was very very hard and lumpy, super uncomfortable. It was also very very hot and stuffy in the room with no air conditioning. No couches or lounging common area to get away from the hot room.

The friendly staff (a italian and a brazilian), made me feel very welcome. Everything was clean. Comfortable bed. The location os great! I don't have anything negative at the moment.
-
The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of areas for prepping and eating Showers and toilets were scarce so you have to go to a different floor or wait to take a shower. It looked like the one on my floor was broken but I'm not sure.

Comfortable beds an quiet hostel, good if you want a relaxed place to come home to. Not a social hostel, tight rooms, and location is a bit of walk from primary attractions in Lisbon.

The room was cold
-
There is no AC or heating in the room, we stayed here in the winter and our room was colder than outside. We got extra blankets that did the trick but moving around in the cold is still uncomfortable.
-
Affordable, female only rooms available, nice location Hygiene.. Shared bathroom does not mean sharing with your bunk mates but sharing with the WHOLE building. They need more cleaning staff and cleaning shifts . Two cleaners can only do so much, hire more for different times of the day
-
A large room with balcony, everything clean, friendly staff, great localization. Very peaceful place, very safe.

Staff was excellent. Location is good. The kitchen was clean.

Staff were nice and it’s location was good. It was soooo cold! There wasn’t any heater in the room. We were freezing during the night!
