The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, great location and amazing upstairs rooftop bar.

We always stay here when we visit Lisbon. Lovely hotel and staff.

The rooftop is the best part of this hotel.

It was a beautiful property in a great location.

Everything was really great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Location was good. The roof top view was phenomenal. My only wish is the roof was open later so we could see that view at night. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and there was no doorman, but that was a very minor thing.

Great location away from the noise, situated in an upscale neighborhood. 10 minutes from all the sights. Nothing. Every little detail from the complimentary pastries available at the reception, refreshments incl. Champagne. The included breakfast is incredible! Definitely coming back on our next trip. Staff all spoke English and very helpful!

This hotel is a small charming hotel with a wonderful staff. We loved our stay there. There was nothing to complain about. Breakfast was a bit pricey but other than that everything was wonderful.

Next time I fly across the ocean this hotel will be definitely a number 1 place to stay. Since it was our first time in Portugal it played a huge role in overall impression. Staff here are truly outstanding warm, attentive, genuinely kind, and always ready to help. Service is absolutely top-tier, after our 3 nights stay this hotel has set the standard we’ll now measure every future stay against. Room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with crystal clear cleanliness. The bedding and pillows were of the highest quality, some of the best sleep we’ve had anywhere. It was also incredibly quiet, making it a perfect place to fully relax and recharge. 20 minute walk to old city and the best breakfast cafe is right at the corner. It's about 20ish min drive from airport.

Location is a bit out of the way.

Room was very quiet away from the street noise. Weird taking elevator down from the lobby floor.

Oh, it's about ten minutes walk farther than I preferred but there were other things around nearby walk.

Very nice, bright corner room ...enjoyed afternoon cocktails at the rooftop bar with its lovely view...and the service was excellent everywhere in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. From the moment we stepped in the door we were treated like royalty. The view from the rooftop patio was stunning and it was a wonderful place to relax with a drink at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of cold items and we were also able to order hot items à la carte from the menu. It was a little far to walk down to the center, but that won’t stop me from staying again.
