There were two twin beds. Would have been nice to have a single king/queen size bed. Great hotel and location! Staff was very good, thank you!

The staff were very kind, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel’s location was excellent — everything was nearby and easily accessible. Although the hotel did not have many facilities, it was fair and reasonable for the price. The breakfast was exactly the same every day with very little variety, which became disappointing after a few days. Also, the shampoo provided in the room was very low quality and barely foamed, almost like there was no shampoo at all. The hair dryer was also very weak and kept turning off while using it.

What can I say: the place was very nice; but what really made it memorable was the staff. The staff went above and beyond the normal to make sure that our stay was incredible I didn’t have a problem with anything!

Amazing location, 20 min walk from the city center, close to all kind of public transport and the airport. Spacious and clean room, friendly reception, delicious breakfast. Breakfast could have some variety of hot food, as it was the same every single day.

The staff and location We were moved to another hotel because our floor had some type of problem. Our room was small and uncomfortable. The bed was terrible.

• Hotel looks nice from the outside • Staff were kind and willing to help • Reservation team was very supportive and flexible with last-minute changes • Breakfast was good and sufficient, even though the selection was limited • Rooms are old and outdated • Very poor sound insulation – loud door noises and hallway conversations, especially at night • Doors are extremely noisy and can wake you up • Beds are very uncomfortable; mattresses caused back pain and muscle tension • Rooms and bathrooms are small and feel worn out • Furniture is old, including wardrobes • Limited or no pleasant view from the room • English communication with staff was generally weak

The location was awesome , close to downtown and near metro station. We visited during Christmas period and there was nice market. The Ferris wheel near Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon, is the main attraction of Wonderland Lisboa, a large Christmas market held annually in Parque Eduardo VII (Eduardo VII Park), just steps away from the hotel. All the tour buses have stop at the walking distance. The breakfast was really good and room was cleaned daily during our stay.Great value for money. Carpet could have been better color.

Nice location, close to so many restaurants and shop. The food was good . Make me pay for water , not the one in the mini fridge the one they left on the dresser. I book for me and kids i expected the room to be next to each other not on the other side of the floor .

The AC was not doing it's job. It was fall weather so tolerable at night. At summertime, that will be very unpleasant.

Staff couldn't be more helpful, breakfast is lovely, hotel is very clean, beds are very comfy we had a mishap where maybe the hotel had overbooked but put us in a very small room without a view, when questioned they managed to change this to the room 2 days later to the room i had originally booked with a view

Breakfast and staff was enjoyable. We loved the location. Interior and bathroom amenities are tired and worn out. Blow dryer did not function.
