Loved the quiet location. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness. Size of the room.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Staff was great. Carpet needs updating. Felt dirty

breakfast was ok. hotel was fine for one night located on main road. so you have restaurants and easy access to taxi etc.

In my opinion better attention to detail should be paid when cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms. Dusty corners, broken lights and not properly hanged curtains should have been spotted by the cleaning crew. unfortunately none of it was fixed during my 3-day stay despite reporting it to staff.

The air conditioner doesn't work, the location is far away, the room is small, the price doesn't match the room's standard, and there's a bad smell in the bathroom.

The hotel is well situated! My partner and I like to go on foot, and we were within 20 minutes of the Place do Comercio. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was AMAZING. Everything we tasted was delicious and fresh! The fact that it is served until 10:30 was also a boon, since we wanted to sleep in a bit. Although the staff was friendly, we did have to follow-up on an issue we had with the AC a few times before it was resolved. The room did not have a window, so the main source of fresh air was the AC. Also, the AC is located right above the bed, meaning leaving it on during the night was not an option, as it would directly blow into one's head. The room was also very opposite of spacious - the bed took up most of it, and it was really difficult for 2 people to move around without hitting things all the time. On the plus side, the bathroom was really nice.

Basically nothing. We booked a double room at The Leaf Boutique hotel for 30Apr - 4 May 2026. I had a feeling there might be a problem when the taxi driver from the train station had never heard of it and my wife had to give him the address. Even with the GPS he had a hard time finding it. Check in went fairly smoothly but we were in for a shock when we got to our room. It was so small, our two checked size suitcases and two carryons couldn’t all be stored out of the way. Our river cruise cabin was larger. The bathroom toiletries shown on the webpage were non-existent, the mini fridge was empty, there were no facial tissues, the toilet seat was missing some cushioning parts, there was no toilet roll holder, and the thermostat was non functional being permanently registering 17C. The A/C was maintaining that temperature and the repair/operation of it was beyond the receptionist capabilities. He did spend the better part of 1 May trying to fix it but since 1 May was a National Holiday, no maintenance personnel were available. It also appeared the system had been programmed in Spanish which was a problem as non of us understood the error messages. However, since the hotel was full, we had to suck it up. Upon return from a day’s outting on 2 May, the technician had fixed the problem. It seems obvious that the term Boutique Hotel has a different meaning in Lisbon than what we expected. To us, it means a cozy hotel catering at the Business/ First Class Level. That is not the case at The Leaf. This place is ultra basic economy with little to no room for normal luggage. On the positive side, the staff were pleasant and were trying to make a difficult situation as accommodating as possible.

We were only there overnight. It was a nice hotel and staff was friendly. Not as close to the airport as we thought.

Rooms a little small

Position and service Temperature in the room

Amazing breakfast and good location Apparently we booked one of the smaller rooms, so sometimes it felt there was not enough space in the room to unpack our bags, or not enough space in the shower to open a shower door.
-
It was a neat little boutique hotel The room was extremely tight the bathroom was also very cramped. The carpet in the room felt sticky under my feet so I wore socks. My husband became ill and soiled the bathroom unintentionally and we were charged a quite large fine for the cleaning staff to have to clean behind his accident.

Nice & comfortable bed. Gym , breakfast. The WC is too close to the wall.

The location was convenient for me. The room I moved to after the first nice was bright and relatively spacious especially compared to the one I was assigned to for the first night. Two out of three of the reception people were very nice and helpful (Bruna and Diego). The lady that received me at the reception was totally not interested and not helpful, bad attitude, that was my first impression when arriving in the hotel. I did not feel welcome. Maintenance was so so. The first room ( one night) was very small, carpets were stained and sheets and towels were not very clean. In the second room (two nights) , towels and sheets were clean but the TV did not work properly and the handle of the closet kept falling off.
