Stay Hotel Lisboa Centro Chiado

We ordered the driver to pick us up, but they came too early and would not come back at our actual arrival time. We were asked what time we arrived, we provided the flight arrival time, and they came too early. The windows had no sound insulation, we could hear all of the shouting and cheering from people at the George bar watching sports in the middle of the night. The staff told us we could leave our bags with them after checkout, but then they seemed very annoyed with us for having lots of bags. We were a large group of 10 people, and the staff seemed like they did not know how to help a group that size.

Excellent location, accessible via taxi and uber. Close to Metro station. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

The staff were helpful, sharing fun things about the city. The location was great. Central, walkable and easy to get to. The room was nice and big.

Great location - in the middle of lots of tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked how late the breakfast ran (until 12:00). The bathroom, especially the shower. Half of the shower was open, so when you took a shower, water got all over the floor, which was a slipping hazard.

Location They didn’t clean the first night. Hard to find the plates and silverware.

Breakfast needs to be improved and changed

The location, the space of the room and the friendly staff! That they charged 15€ for an early check for just 2 hours before the regular check in which was at 16:00!

The location is perfect (next to the subway Baixa-Chiado). The staff is very friendly. The bed is confortable and the shower is very strong. The room is silent and I could rest really well. The room is a little bit dark. Even though it had two windows, the natural light doesn’t come in, so the illumination could be improved for this type of room (the ones that faces another building)

It is very central and price quality balance is very fair. Klo and shower needs some maintaining

The staff is lovely, kind, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and a with a firm mattress, and extra pillows. Breakfast was quite good. If we come back to Lisbon, we'll stay here again, for sure! 100% recommend! ☺️ We have no complaints at all.

This hotel location is perfect ! Close enough to find many attractions in Lisbon, at the same time is far enough from the noisy streets and crowd. The metro station half block away, just couple minutes walk. The hotel room was nice, with comfortable beds and everything was clean. Our friendly hostess answered our questions and about the city, she was very informative. Stay Hotels will be our choice again, when we return to Lisbon. At breakfast time, the Espresso machine had no information to use, so you have to ask the staff. Would be nice to have a sign ( step 1. and step 2. etc.) The eggs and bacon was cold because the heater was not working (?) or was not on. Small little detail, but would be nice, since the technology is there already...so use it ;)

Great location, short walk to downtown, lotsa shops and restaurants, next door to a Metro stn, very helpful and professional staff

Location The pictures of the room were really different from the reality. The description didn't mentioned that the bath was in the same room without a door

Excellent location. Surprising amount of room.

Breakfast was good, Staff were great. location is excellent. Very limited channels on TV (i know you don't spend much time in room anyway) very basic room. bed, desk, chair. no safe in room. carpet was worn and needs updating. view is of building across very narrow street but not unexpected being located in the old part of the city. no hotel sign is visible in the street. only a sign on the recessed door which can only be seen when directly in front of the door.
