Location and cleanness. Staff is great. AC wasnt working sometimes but not a deal breaker as I wasnt turning it on at all.

Great location! Clean and great price . I liked the elevator to the upper floors. No complaints

Bed was harder than I'm used to.
-
Clean, friendly staff Sirens from police or fire trucks could be heard too much through the closed windows, because the location is next to a fire station. So sleeping was sometimes difficult due to how loud it was

Love the property, great location to walk to shops and dinner. Nothing really

We liked the comfortable bed and quiet dark room! Staff not too friendly.

The location was perfect to be right near a high-end area. It was also nearby to the holiday parades and activities without being taxed with directly in it. There are so many nearby excellent restaurants and grocery and all needs met. The secured door is reassuring to safety. The ability to store luggage before and after a reservation is an enormous help. The facility was very clean. A few of the desk staff did not convey a welcoming demeanor. It was nothing harsh but fairly cut and dry on information provided that might prove helpful to tourists. The rooms might prove too small for a large person.

The room was big enough for one person, the bathroom was good size. A few minutes walk to nearest metro station. Quiet neighborhood, direct bus from airport. Could be better cleaned especially in the shower area. The safe was locked when I checked in, I had to ask reception for the code and Google myself how to set a new code because it didn’t come with instructions. Shower takes a long time to get hot water. I was confused as to where the entrance to the building was, maybe a bigger sign with the name of the hotel could help :)

The only thing that could make this better would be a small electric kettle in the room. I sometimes travel quite early in the morning and it's helpful to make my own tea or coffee

Location, more residential but convenient No

Noise in the individual room.

Location. Bathroom too small, even sitting on the toilet was a challenge. Booking.com pictures do not reflect reality. Competitive price may distract someone who may be looking for more comfort. Somehow none of the hotels we stayed in Portugal offered disposable slippers.

All was very nice except the mattress. It is a basic stay. Great for 1 night before a flight out. Just a couple minutes walk to the bus for the airport. The mattress in my room needs to be replaced. It had a hard spring run across my back. I slept diagonal and that helped.
