Lovely big room very clean staff very friendly and helpful

Staff and location Stifling hot. Ruined the stay.

Great location! The size of the rooms were great as well! The layout and the decorations were fantastic.  The beds were quite hard for my liking… But that’s just a personal preference

No working air conditioners in the rooms.

The location & staff were perfect. My husband and I have cpap machines and there were zero plugs by the bed. My daughter was extremely uncomfortable on the pull out sofa.

Wifi in room was very intermittent

Comfortable bed, clean room. Appreciated the fan! Loved the heavy curtains as this time of year theres lots of daylight. Great location . Enjoyed room service too. Also very happy for lift! Just wish it had a bathtub! Nosy in the mornings due to construction.

Fantastic location with amazing views. The room was very accommodating. Breakfast in the room was great…and no extra charge. They didn’t clean the room during our stay or make the bed. Parking was a problem. Not free and a bit far away.

Cold. Said heat would come on. It never did. They did give us a space heater. Said towel rack comes on automatically. It never did. False floor was VERY squeaky. Lights only in the bedroom area. No lights in table and couch area. Vacuuming was only in the middle, but not on the edges. Won't go back.

Breakfast was good. The night manager was extremely nice and helpful. She really helped make our stay much better!! Larger plates. Food crammed on a small plate. The day manager Jamie was somewhat short with us. I asked him about if they could warm our room up since there was no thermostat in our room. It was very cold!! He gave me an off the wall answer and for someone who is very knowledgeable with building systems his answer made him look lost.

This hotel is excellent in every respect. The location especially .

Breakfast was well cooked and hot, room size was very substantial, the fridge is a nice thing to use to keep your drinks cool. 'location was excellent and very central. The breakfast plate was too small and i only had one very small cup of coffee and a small glass of juice. Other hotels have facilities where you can have multiple refills, which is excellent. i left breakfast very thirsty! the bath tub was not nice at all, it was uncomfortable to lie in, relaxing in the bath was not possible due to the fact that there is nowhere to rest your head. The water was extremely tepid, with n temperature control. it was a horrible experience all round.

We loved this hotel. Great location. Front desk staff was very friendly. We had a junior suite which was more than enough room.
