The pool and breakfast Pillows

The location on the River promenade is very central. No cars in that part of old town so walking with bags is expected. Use the roof top pool for a refresh. Rooms are tiny but in general work.

Location - right at the centre of Ljubljana’s old town. Only down side is if your are travelling by car you need to park about 10min walk to nearest car park The pillows were a bit sub standard but the bed was excellent

Location was convenient to many of the top sites. Pretty much on the river. Amenities included all shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc. Roddy and restaurant felt hip and energized Beds and pillows were a soft. Took a while to cool off the room. Some street noise. Internet was spotty and had to sign on the wifi every time when returned to the hotel

Location is really great, within walking distance of the town's major attractions. Breakfast is great, but some directions within the hotel itself as to where to go for breakfast, and what is available, could be beneficial. Staff is really very friendly and willing to help.

Unfortunately, in my room, there was a sewer smell. It was as if sewer gas was leaking through the toilet. I acclimated soon enough, but others won't be so tolerable. It was very noticeable.

Location! Location! Close to sights, restaurants and shopping. Staff was exceptional, professional and so helpful. The breakfast was very good…order from a menu. The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were spacious with a very comfy bed. Beautiful decor. Highly recommend!!

The location was great, and the front desk person was lovely. The place wasn’t clean, it had trash all around the room leftover from the previous guest, the bathroom smelled of mold, and the worst of all it had bed bugs, to which I am allergic to, so I had to go to the hospital the next day.

Bathroom and toilet not adequate with no actual door - just a glass slide door

The room was good designed too. rRom was too small, and there is a step in it which makes it smaller. The toilet also was tiny.

The windows in the room are not good enough for the winter because you could feel the cold air coming through it and also you could hear a lot of noice from outside. I tried to switch the heater to 25 but i couldn't feel any difference. The pillows and the duvet were thin like leaf. I needed to add extra things unred my pillow to make it at least a bit comfortable. Also the duvet was so thin that for winter is not good enough
