Brilliant location. Decent value. Good breakfast (continental) No air con, just one stand alone fan.

The staff was super nice and accommodating and it was a brilliant location. Lift was also a big plus No air-conditioning

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and I especially liked the nice, modern bathroom. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again. A few things could be improved. It would be helpful to have one large full-length mirror in the room for checking outfits. I would also appreciate having a fridge available in every room, as it would make the stay more convenient.

such a lovely convenient hotel right near Oxford Circus. Lovely clean room that was spacious and well equipped. The staff were welcoming and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Very near some great restaurants there really was nothing that I didn't like

It's clean and comfy. I like the location, near to Daunt Book, Stefan Zweig blue plaque, Oxfam and after attending a concert at Wigmore Hall, I could walk back to the hotel easily.

Easy check in, good sized rooms & clean space. My room had separate shower & toilet so was wonderful. no AC, but it was a heatwave so fan was fine

Very clean, lovely spacious comfortable rooms. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was nice. No air con on floor 5, unfortunately the fan provided didn’t cool the huge room so made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. It was the hottest day of the year so appreciate that the hotel can’t help that. An air con unit is needed in room 51!

Location was great, room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was light and pleasant and the staff were very polite and friendly Quilt was weirdly lumpy but it was too hot for it so it didn't matter.

The hotel is ideally situated for us as we were seeing a show at the London Palladium, just a 10 minute stroll away. The hotel was very modern & clean - lobby area is very nicely decorated & staff were very friendly & welcoming. Our room was very good value for money. A decent size room, well laid out with plenty of plug sockets & storage. Bathroom facilities were very good (and bathroom was a very good size compared to a few other London hotels we've been to. Breakfast was good - a nice buffet selection with hot/cold drinks. The only drawback was the street noise but ear plugs are provided. We would love to stay again as everything else was perfect so we would try to get a room on a higher floor.
