Treehouse Hotel London

The location was great, it was clean, and had a great view. The team wasn’t welcoming at arrival and when we’ve had some questions they did not treat us as if we were their guests, they did not try to help. Also, I was under the impression we are going to have a roof but it was only the restaurant. Overall, the restaurant Madera was not great- coffee was bitter, they didn’t offer to change it. the breakfast options was not amazing, relatively to the price we have paid. But it was ok. Overall, I would not come back there and would not recommend it to my friends as I have stayed at better hotels in the past.

Decorations cute. Water pressure is excellent. Location is fantastic. Staff is supportive, we kept our luggage before we check in and they secured it for us. Rooms are smaller than it looks in the pictures. Although the space was 24 m yet the nook under the window takes a lot of the space. There’s no late room service, although I was expecting that comparing to the value we paid as its a 4 stars hotel, I asked for extra blanket and they told me they don’t have it because there is no room service at the moment (it was around 12 am) and they will provide it tomorrow and my checkout was tomorrow. To be fair they provide me an alternative, which is bedsheet but it didn’t keep me warm. We had to request toothbrush as they are not in the room.

Had such a lovely time here! Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the location was superb. Thanks especially to Matthew for helping us with our bags, he was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Location is perfect! We were on a high floor, beautiful view, no traffic disturbance, loved bathroom, shower worked very well, lots of surfaces for clothes and products, lovely sitting area just near large window, large tv, most importantly we would go back again. Some days house cleaning was slow and was completed well into the afternoon. At check out, we were asked for a service charge which shocked us because we were never confronted with such a request. When we asked if it was optional, that made more sense! Otherwise everything was 9/10

Felt very safe. Good location to explore London. Breakfast spot had a great view and good food. Staff was very helpful.

Location was great, room was very nice. Hotel is pricey even for London. Breakfast at the restaurant was lovely -- great view and good food, again at a price but not far off similar places in London -- and the view and venue are great. There were parties in the restaurant on the nights we were there with no access for guests so could not enjoy the sunset with an evening cocktail or meal. Hotel should advise guests of both access to restaurant being closed and potential for noise when there are parties -- give them the option to make other arrangements. Notice in advance not upon arrival would be a very good courtesy for guests who are paying for the whole experience not just the room.

The staff are definitely the stars here. Attentive and always putting clients first. The location is top notch. Everything is within a 15 or so minute walk away. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the AC is cold. Not a thing.
