I love the hotel and stay each time I travel to London. As indicated the staff are friendly, professional and willing to assist wherever possible. Location is great and I love the comfort and quirkiness of the rooms. .

The location. The staff at the reception was rude and took forever to respond to any requests. For example it took two hours to get an iron in the room and they said because they didn't know where to find one.

The Treehouse is a beautiful and artful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are very nice. The view was wonderful. The neighborhood is not as loud as other areas in London. The breakfast is wonderful. Have dinner and cocktails on the rooftop restaurant Nest. Watched an amazing sunset from Nest. Would stay here again. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Perfect location. Fab views. Lovely spacious rooms The shower didn’t drain properly and everyone we used it the bathroom was wet through. Poor service in the nest bar and very expensive
