The location was relatively good, but there is no public transportation nearby, so this is something to keep in mind if you plan to go out at night. Your only option may be to walk back. This is probably not an issue for larger groups, but it is worth considering for solo female travelers. The place was clean overall, which I appreciated. The kitchen was also very well equipped, with everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. However, the bathroom was a significant downside. The shower was very unusual and impractical, causing water to spread all over the floor, which then had to be cleaned up after each use. The sink was also quite uncomfortable to use and made the bathroom experience less convenient than expected. Overall, the accommodation was clean and acceptable, and the well-equipped kitchen was a plus, but the bathroom facilities could be improved.

Location was very good. It was clean. The lock of the restroom was not working, but it didn’t affect me much. But maybe it’s better to fix it. The room was 208.

Handy location near to two tube stations - Great Portland Street and Baker Street. Clean, tidy and quiet. Good breakfast. I reported the faulty window twice but nothing was done

Great location. Could walk to Covent Garden, etc. 3 blocks to Regent's Park, an absolute gem. Facilities looks modern and very clean. Staff at reception extremely friendly and helpful. Not busy do quiet. Only 3, 4 long blocks from Great Portland Street Station with pretty direct route to Heathrow and other stations. The kitchen and dining room has no windows so not too inviting. No private curtains around the beds.

Clean and the staff are good. It’s quite strict on the ID when you’re checking in.

I felt several rooms to share one toilet and one shower room is not reasonable. Other than that, staffs were very friendly. Environment was clean. The location was impeccable.

The location is good, the rooms are clean. This hostel has a massive ventilation problem. The hallways and showers smelled like mold. And even though the nights where cooling down after the heatwave, the room was insanely hot. If you are not willing to invest in aircon, at least make sure the windows can open fully and the fan can be placed infront of the window.

The YHA London Central has a great location in the city, making it a good option for those who want to stay close to the main attractions at an affordable price. It is near several central tube stations, including the Elizabeth line. For a hostel, the YHA perfectly fulfills the purpose of providing accommodation in a shared space while maintaining both budget and comfort.

So close to lots of shops and cafes and bar, and train stations. The locker has payment if you arrived early before check in hour and would want to leave luggage. The reception area is good and spacious. The pantry was good also it has complete utensils even for cooking pots and pan. It has also refrigerator and enough tables and chairs. nothing

Amazing team, super clean facilties & amazing location. Room 003 - air conditioning unit making an intermittent very loud noise throughout the night. Impossible to sleep. Told staff on check out & it seems to be a long standing issue that has not been addressed. This room is not fit for purpose.
