Great location. Efficient and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Nice bar area. Quite basic in terms of room decor but that didn’t bother me.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions easily accessible—just around 15 minutes by bus or a pleasant 30-minute walk along the Thames. The food was delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would happily stay here again on our next visit. -

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Clean and comfortable room. Great location. Would definitely stay again. Maybe could be dressing gowns and a bottle of water in the room.

The location was great for our trip to see Harry Styles. Room was spacious and clean. Th bar could have open a little later after coming back from Wembley. But only a minor thing.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly and responsive.

Central location but still very calm neighbourhood. Lived the fact that I could open the window! How unpractical is it to have a safe on the floor? Why not on eyesight level? Another challenge, especially for older guests are the bathtub showers.

It was easy and relaxed Please replace the baths with just a shower. Its a bit tricky to get in and out the shower.

Location is great. Restaurant and staff always very nice, good food. Room very poor. Got twin beds but they were right next to each other, would have liked them separated, that was the reason for the request. Lights were either on or off, no bedside lights or a switch that worked on both sides of beds to turn them off. All fair trade tea and coffee, no choice of other brands like Nescafe, PG tips etc.
