Cleanliness, comfort, and location. All main areas are within walking distance of the hotel…. From the tube station, to Oxford street, Soho, Covent Garden, etc. A sad personal little thing, but a steam iron, and thicker cover on the ironing board.

Location near Regent's Park and the venue of the course I was on. Pleasantly surprised by quality & decor in room. Plenty of sockets in appropriate location in the room. Super friendly hotel team. Good breakfast I always love a fridge in the room. I wasn't expecting one but a bit disappointed that there wasn't one. I was on the ground floor looking out to the road & had to close the curtains because it was overcast & I had to switch the lights on.

Staff efficient, curtious and helpful. Room cleanliness excellent and geographical position of hotel excellent for shopping and touring London Room size smaller than expected, despite being classed as Superior Double Room. Limited storage space.

Clean and excellent location - just 15 min. Walk from Oxford street. The check-in is Quito late 15.00 hours but the staff is nice and they will acomodate your languages so you can at lest start to explore the city!

The staff was very courteous, the food from the attached restaurant was excellent and the delivery to our room was a big help after a long day. The room and the lobby were beautiful. The only two issues were that I wish the room had a small refrigerator. Also the bathroom was small but made to feel smaller by the door turning into the bathroom. If it turned the other way it would have been easier.

The check in experience was great - friendly and helpful staff. A fridge in the room. A tray with a kettle and tea/coffee - not sure how this is ranked as 4 star without those basic room amenities. A mattress topper on the bed - it was two singles pushed together and a double topper would have increased the comfort greatly. I tossed and turned and ended up in the middle on the join multiple times in the night.
