The staff were very helpful. The location was prime for walkability and access to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, the elevator was down a few times in our stay making it difficult for a member of our family with mobility issues.

This was a real find and a real gem! The staff were so kind and accommodating and could not have been more welcoming. The room, although small, was beautifully comfortable and immaculately clean. Good location in Central London, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were small but nice. My room had a used bath mat left out on the floor and the shower cubicle had not been cleaned.

Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. The food was good, and guests get 10% off. The bartender especially was very polite and respectful. The young man who served the food in restaurant was also very pleasant and polite. Sorry, don’t know their names. You get a large bottle of water for in your room. The shower had good pressure and hot water. Excellent location. Only about a 10 minute walk to Oxford Circus Underground. This hotel is the first of all accommodations in the UK I’ve been in that had a safe in the room to put your valuables in. (: The pillows were quite thin. For someone who can’t lie “flat” 3 or more pillows are needed. It was very hot in the room. Temperature can’t be adjusted. But there is a fan. The room is a bit on the small side.
