Nothing

Very nice location close to Hyde Park and Paddington. The room was cozy. The room was very small (which wasn't an issue for us) and very hot (even with open window it was hot in April).

being on 3rd floor with such narrow staircase and toilet was partially clean !!

Location.

nothing ☹️ 1- I stayed in a room on the fourth floor and there was no elevator; the stairs as photo 2 were very bad and inconsistent. 2- There's only one bathroom shared across two floors with 8 rooms 3- The rooms are very small, the bathroom as photo 3 is bad and very cramped, and the furniture is old and dilapidated. 4- The rooms are unfurnished; they don't provide drinking water or tissues. 5- as photo 1 Clean towels are stored directly on the floor next to the bathroom, as shown in the picture, and guests use them to dry their faces and bodies.

Excellent location, very convenient to Paddington station and Hyde Park. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. We were able to drop our bags early which was very convenient. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Location It’s totally different from the photos on Booking.com. And toilet is super small.

Very good location! They held our bags till check in time. I felt very safe. Not very clean I just cleaned when we got there and we bought sheets to sleep on while we were there no AC but it wasn’t to bad we just slept with the window open.

Location close to Paddington Station

Great London location close to Paddington station, but not too close, in an attractive neighborhood. Well-staffed desk. No breakfast or kitchen facilities. My room was up three or four flights of stairs, with no lift (elevator) provided.

The gentleman Named Mr Abu baker, I would say he is very professional, kind and extremely helpful person , just because of him I would rate it 5*

The staires

As previously mentioned, the room is up six flights of stairs, which was okay, but they deactivated my card early one morning (apparently because of daylight savings), so I got locked out when I went to the bathroom and had to walk down and up six flights of stairs in my socks. The shower is in a very small closet with no space to change.

Everything was good. The stay was comfortable.

The location is great, the room was very comfy, and with the price mark for 3 star hotel it’s great! The staff need to be changed, they are bringing any potential for a returning customer to zero. My experience: When I arrived from airport to hotel around 10 am, I saw on the entry door saying vacancies available, but when I got to reception first thing the receptionist had to say loud and clear is that check-in is at 2 PM! Although there maybe rooms already vacant but he opted for asking me to come back “at 2”! Not will give you a call when your room is ready, or check-in with us around noon will let you know if a room is ready, none of that! He even didn’t make me fill the check-in form to save time when i come back he simply let me out, it was pouring rain that morning and it’s 4 hours till the 2 pm check-in, I didn’t complain or oppose to that i just left, all I asked was “if you can find the room with least amount of stairs that ll be great” he said “oh we do our best” … lol extreme hospitality and professionalism. I come back around 1:15 pm to check if a room was ready as I stayed out 3+ hours from one cafe to another in drenching rain, to my surprise when I get to reception, another customer is as being checked-in in a single room “same as me”. I mean what can I say! I asked the receptionist present at that time which have changed than the one before, why haven’t they called me if a room was ready and I been waiting, his answer was “hmmm have you ever stayed in a hotel before?!” Hahahaha so wild to this team, anyway he continues “our check-in time is at 2! This is how we work” lolololo! I was like sorry my bad! Then finally at checkout, there 3rd receptionist decided be will charge me £20 for late checkout when leaving the room at 11:15 instead of 11:00 when nothing I singed or read in the booking that mentioned a late checkout fee, let alone he also made a price! Oh my! Avoid the hotel, the team there is a joke!

The location The place was dusty

Great location for Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Staff was friendly and personable. The room was surprisingly spacious for a central london room, and our ground floor room even had a little sitting area outside! I'm very pleased with the value of this hotel.

Basement room, no window, garden area(?) was basically astroTurf and drain pipes, toilet ran all the time, and the shower head would not stay upright. Room was not ready upon arrival even though we were several hours delayed due to a train cancellation and we had communicated with the hotel ahead of time.

No elevator (we were on 3rd floor which was really like the 4th floor up a narrow twisting staircase) and no AC.
