Hyde Park Radnor Hotel

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The location is convenient and easily accessible by bus or metro. Although the room size was as described, the main issue was the shower. The water pressure was extremely low, making it nearly impossible to shower properly. I reported this to the staff on my first day, and although they mentioned they would look into it, there was no improvement.

It’s location. Close to Paddington Station We were able to store our luggage many hours before checking in when we were going on a long day tour.

I requested a refund from the Hotel for the breakfast we could not eat because we left before breakfast, and no reply or refund has been received.

Nice location. Decent beds. Some of the towels were dirty. Some of the lights in the room did not work. There was a door to an outside space that could not be locked easily. Breakfast was okay but it was not not amazing and had an early closing time (9am). Part of the staff was not super well informed and couldn’t answer practical questions.

Superb bed and breakfast hotel with good buffet breakfast included. Our second stay here and staff are always very helpful. Bedroom includes tea and coffee facilities. Bedroom is small but comfortable. Nothing to dislike

Great location for Paddington Station. I asked for a cool room, as I arrived in the middle of a heatwave and the hotel does not have air conditioning. The person on Reception was very helpful and allocated me a cool and quiet room in the basement. The breakfast offering was very good. The shower room could do with an upgrade. The breakfast room was often very busy and I did not like that there was a television on directly above some of the tables. It would have been better if just the subtitles were showing and no sound.

3-4 minute walk from Paddington station, within a minute walk from a shop, bars, restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant Rooms could be considered quite dated but were pleasant enough for the night stay

The room is comfortable and has a reasonable amount of space, there is a single lift to all floors and although the corridors are quite narrow access is reasonably easy. The ensuite bathroom was functional but looking quite tired and worn out, the shower water pressure was weak as well. It's functionally fine, just looking quite tired. The room wasn't completely clean, the floor mat for the shower was marked and the shower hadn't been cleaned properly. The breakfast in the morning was quite basic with a limited selection of cooked food available, the staff at breakfast didn't interact at all to check if anything else was needed.
