Great location near Paddington station, from which many buses and tube lines depart. Breakfast was alright. Facilities were old. The shower was loose and I thought it would come off the wall if I applied too much pressure. No AC.

Convenient and pleasant location. Room spacious and comfortable and fan provided. Excellent choice of food and drink at breakfast. On arrival at 10.30 pm I was told there was no booking for me! Sorted after about 15 mins.

The location is very convenient next to Paddington station. The breakfast is really great, ideal to give you energy for long hours of sightseeing.... the room was a traditional B&B room but the bathroom was renovated and looked as if you were in a 4* hotel!

The room was clean and the breakfast was good as well. The hotel is close to Hyde Park and Paddington. The rooms do not have AC, it was not a problem during my stay (small fan was enough while it was approx. 30 Celsius).

An greta stay! Extremely clean with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff across all departments. We loved the room upgrade! The location near Paddington is perfect—safe, walkable to many attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet area with very little nighttime traffic noise. Highly recommended for a peaceful and practical stay in London. The rooms and breakfast area are on the smaller side, but the fantastic service, cleanliness, and overall experience completely outweighed that.
