The staff were very friendly, and the location of the hotel was also excellent. For the price, it was pleasant accommodation. The bathroom faucets were very dirty, as if nobody had ever cleaned them. The sink drain was also clogged, and we had a broken chair in the room as well.

Location. Bathroom very cramped. A lot of stairs.

Great little boutique hotel, in a superb location close to Paddington station and very friendly staff. Good full English breakfast was also served. Great stay. Nothing

Staff very friendly someone there 24 hours a day. Only 2 minutes from Paddington station and local shops and restaurants. Breakfast was full english with toast and cereal we had no complaints. Our only concern was the mattresses seemed a bit lumpy.

Location - I came to Paddington Station on the Heathrow Express at 9.00 am and walked to the Admiral Hotel and left my bag there so I could spend the day in London. The room was so small I had to turn my suitcase on its side to get in the room. The shower was dirty and so small. I am 5 foot and lean and I could barely move in the space. The TV was linked to the network service and it dropped out constantly so after 5 minutes the tv said I couldn't watch without network so no Tv. There wasn't warm enough bedding - I had to wear a tracksuit to bed. Thankfully I was only there for 1 night. I have stayed in Paddington 4 times over the last couple of years in both hotels and Airbnb's - the Admiral is the worst accommodation and it cost a lot for 1 night. I won't return.

Location and friendly helpful staff Nothing

Location was good, breakfast was good. The default WIFI never worked properly. The staff provided an alternate that worked adequately. Water pressure in the shower was just adequate.

Location Everything

The staff were very nice, Kevin in reception was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the location was great There was no air con and we felt the room was to small for 3 people. So due to this it never cooled down which is not good when it was 30 degrees
-
Great location near the underground and train station. Bed was very comfortable, room very clean and good English breakfast. Room was located downstairs, was very small with no ventilation so ends up being very warm and no air conditioning to help and over that if bathroom door doesn't remain closed there's a weird smell that spreads through the room.

Great location near Paddington Station with easy access to transport, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch. A good budget-friendly option for a short stay in London.
-
Location, and reception staff The room was tired and on the 4th floor. The stairs were very steep and narrow. It was very difficult taking luggage up and down. Breakfast staff were uninterested.

Location was good Room was far too small and needed some upgrading and cleaning

The location was fantastic. It is near Paddington station which was a great place to explore the city from. The building is a bit run down inside. But they keep it clean considering.
