The location is amazing, mostly calm neighbourhood and the trees... Paddington station near, but at the same time doesnt bother. Transportation reachable and hyde park very close. At night was very noisy even from the 4th floor with open window, but it's the city not the hotel. :) London never sleeps :D

I had to leave to join a tour before breakfast was available. Perhaps offering breakfast a little earlier.

The property is in a great location close to Paddington station, cafe's etc. Nice tree lined streets. Bathroom is tiny and tight. But you are in London

Location Very small room on the ground floor at the back looking out at a large black vent and dirty unkept space, could not open window.

Location, location, location! The room was big enough for two and breakfast was ok. Staff is really friendly! The window did not close in our room and it was a bit chilly especially during the evenings -> mornings. There was a broken spring in the mattress that disturbed quite a bit. The walls were paper and the door did not keep the noises (from the corridor) outside but we could hear everything Bath tub did not hold the water but was leaking.

Location - walkable from Train station and underground and easy close access to the Kensington Park and shopping. Room small and little ventilation and noise from hallway.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and happy to help. Breakfast had a good selection. Bathrooms are extremely small, even for London standards. Had to come out into the room to dry yourself after a shower. It is not accessible friendly, although they say there is a lift that goes to the third floor, you still have to climb about ten steps once out of the lift on each floor. Also, the safe in the room does not work and the walls are very thin.
