compact room good breakfast. nice having a fan it was needed. unfortunatly the matress in the double room had a sprin coming out of hte side. but we were able to avoid it. larger or fitted sheets on bed would have been more cofortabel for us, instead of a wrnikled flat sheet.

Close to Paddington Station. No air conditioning. It was so hot we had trouble sleeping. Some other guests got stuck in the old elevator and it took twenty minutes to find the staff to let them out. The other guests asked for a refund and moved to another hotel. For us the elevator was out of service for a day.

Fab location. lovely friendly reception desk staff colleague. Nicely presented hotel. Only used as an over night stay for a concert. Suited our needs very nicely.

Very good location, nice staff The room is very small; it’s unbearable to stay in it in the heat — it’s 10 degrees warmer than outside, and the air conditioner doesn’t help. The shower is broken, climbing to a high floor is very difficult, and the room is incredibly narrow. The hotel is suitable for at most one night, and it’s very expensive for such quality.

Great location! We only slept there, and the bed was comfortable, so no major complaints…only annoying bit was the bathroom. It was so tiny you ended up cuddling with the sink when you were using the loo.
