Great place to stay! Location is great! Yes...it is a basic hotel ...and shower is small...but for what they charge, it is ideal! I would definitely come back here. Lots of places to eat nearby! We were pleased with everything

Great location few minutes walk from Paddington station. Cute little continental breakfast to tide you over for a few hours. Very friendly staff. Carpet has seen better days, would not walk barefoot on it. The bathroom was a surprise, like stepping into a caravan but it was clean and served its purpose.

Situation. Offered triple room. Bathroom/ shower. Realise it’s space saving but just too small.

Nice location. Very pretty area. Connie the owner/manager was extremely helpful and friendly when we had a bit of a problem with one of her staff. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing hot but still more then enough to eat. Very clean . The one young lady who worked there one morning was very rude and nasty. Things were solved though.

The hotel is just a few minutes on foot from Paddington Railway and Underground Station and its amenities and facilities. The ensuite room was tidy and spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Good continental breakfast with good choice. The staff was kind and helpful!

The hotel is conveniently located in Sussex Gardens. It offers excellent value for money for a short stay. The highlight of the place is Amy, who is very friendly and helpful I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was rather poor for a breakfast in England. The Wi-Fi wasn't good either; I kept losing connection
