Linden House Hotel

Excellent location for Paddington Station and the bedroom was very comfortable with a good shower and pillows Possibly the bedroom was a bit cramped with 2 double beds

I wanted a place to crash out for the night after attending an event in the area and the Linden was ideal. Quiet, comfortable (I had a really good night's sleep) and a very good price. Aircon in the bedroom much appreciated! Tea and coffee and a kettle. Easily accessible plug sockets appreciated. Plenty of places to eat nearby. I'd stay there again. My room was at the top of the building, lots of steps! Shower was very sluggish to get hot in the morning - but it did eventually. The wiring behind the light switch connections in my room confused me a little - but really wasn't a problem.

WiFi was good Staff offered no help at all with our luggage. My elderly husband had to take all our luggage by ourselves and in turn is currently suffering from back pain

Near to Paddington train station. There are near by shop and souvenir stalls. Short walk to Elizabeth line and Paddington Train station. So many Police presence along the street and face recognition camera around. Feel safer. Storage of bags at the basement not suitable for seniors having to climb the stairs up and down.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Paddington station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bedroom was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower were functionable. Shower was a little dated and you couldn't move the head much but this is my one and only nit picking. Yes there is no lift but that wasnt in the description. It had free Wifi, which a friend who was in the travel lodge did not have and that was £400 more expense In conclusion. Great hotel, great price Would definitely stay again Thank you Nothing I didnt like

Hotel was everything we needed for our stay in london. Clean room. The best part was the location, tubestation, restaurants & bars. Nothing.

Well located near Paddington booked it due to tube strike. Clean room and bathroom decent towels. Reasonable price for London. Tinty room with a double bed next to the wall OK for singles as I was. But very little room to move. The fan was useful as it was warm and noisy outside. Some settings were quite noisy though. Communal areas not very clean and a dirty carpet. No. Lift

Exceptional

Our stay was exactly what we expected, considering the price and photos. The room was small, but that was no surprise, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were really helpful, especially as they held our bags before and after check-in while we walked around for a couple of hours. The area was perfect and so convenient if you're only in London for a few days and want to see everything, which is very easy to do by tube or on foot. So many stairs to get to our room! Not very accessible if you have any mobility issues.

We travelled with 3 other couples, to attend The Buckingham Palace garden party. This was just right for all of us, with cafe, restaurants and bars just down the road for socializing each evening. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but we used a local cafe Mino and the food and staff there were also amazing. This was a great stay and the staff at the hotel could not be more helpful, offering us umbrellas to take for the garden party as the weather was not as we had hoped. Rooms were cleaned and drink making facilities refreshed each morning, and more available if you asked. My husband and I will be booking here when we travel to London in the future. I looked on trust pilot after booking and was concerned as some reviews talked about dirty rooms, bed bugs, and loud street noise in the rooms. As I had suggested the hotel I was concerned, but happy for this not to be true.
