Customer service is outstanding reception person is very friendly and helpful location is fabulous nice and clean rooms hot water all good will be lovely if is room will be air-conditioned but fan is installed and did the good job overall is great place to stay i recommend Everything

It was our dream to go in London for a weekend so we wanted to be our special day. When we arrived we saw a good looking building in calm Street. We walked in and first thing we saw was very handsome gentleman Mitchel. This guy must love this job because he was there all day and night and still he was very kind. Our room was clen without mosquitos and fleas thats a big plus. The water was always hot and bathroom was clean too. WiFi was super fast and the YouTube worked well. We felt safe becouse there was always Mitchel sitting protecting our safety day and night. This establishment is worth way more than it costs especially because of Michel. A lot of stairs I do not recommend to disabled people.

The location fo the hotel is awesome, as you can move either by foot or by tube with Paddington and Lancaster Gate being very close to the hotel. When we asked to change our room the receptionists were very nice and available to satisfy our needs. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and therefore we couldn't switch rooms. So, our review is based only upon staying in one room. The room was pretty small compared to what we had seen on the pictures. Furthermore, it was exceptionally hot and the fan on the roof wasn't nearly enough to have a comfortable temperature ven for sleeping with the window open. The room was a bit dusty on the floor and the walls seemed to be stained bby something unidentified.

Location No breakfast available. Still on websites Definitely off my list to return.one of main reasons for booking.

Location wise very convenient and close to Kensington Park where the beautiful Italian Garden is. Sheets and towels are fresh and clean. I like the size of my room good for 1 person and it is clean and comfortable. Made my sleep sound and quiet part of the home. Staff are friendly. Bonus that I was able to leave my bags while I explored the city. It's just that tv mount is not working properly, the tell was facing on my right side while the bed was on the left side. But otherwise, no big issue about it.

The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from Paddington station. The man at reception went above and beyond - he noticed I had many bags and decided to upgrade my room to ensure I did not have to deal with the stairs. For what I paid, this was exceptional! I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay again in the future.

Great location, beautiful neighbourhood and a friendly staff. It was a bit of a small room for 3 people. No enough room generally.

The location was good. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It was clean. Old and dated, no air conditioning. V small room and bathroom

Receptionist through the day time was very friendly and professional he made my 14yr old son very happy and relaxed as he is autistic. So hat off to the gentleman he was for our 2 nite stay N/a

Exceptional

As soon as I checked in and went up all the flights of stairs because there was no left I immediately left. The place was extremely filthy. The carpet was disgusting, and the room was dirty. Along with the bathroom would not recommend this. Would love to have a refund if at all possible. I did not like that. The place was not clean at all and that we were on the top floor with all our luggage and no lift.
