It’s in a great location, and decent price for central London. Beds were comfortable. Lounge area is nice and good to relax after a hard day at the office or sightseeing. It’s very dated - rooms need an overhaul, especially the bathrooms. That said - it would likely be way more expensive if the quality was higher so probably fair value overall.

Great dining room with great breakfast. There is no bellman. When you get your luggage out of the cab, there are four or five steps up from the street to the hotel level. There is no acknowledgement that you are present. The luggage is your problem. I asked if we could use the small lift that is beside the stairs, but was advised that was just for disabled guests, still no help after a long flight.

First time staying at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square and it didn’t disappoint! I was worried that choosing a hotel in a busy part of London would be noisy but far from it. We had a room that looked out on to the street, which was great for people watching, and had a very restful, comfortable nights sleep. We arrived a little early but delighted that our room was ready. A very good size room for London that was immaculately clean, with toiletries and drink making facilities to hand. Having access to the Club Lounge was great as it meant we could relax whilst having a free coffee/tea/water in a lovely room whilst taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast had a vast selection of hot and cold items; all self service. Would recommend as the items were constantly restocked to make sure nothing ran out. The staff we came across were all very professional and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

A big breakfast spread. A good choice of fruits, breads, muesli, yogurt, coffee and ofcourse the English Breakfast. A ramp is needed for heavy bags. One has to carry bags up or down about 6 steps and for a 77year old, when it is raining, it is dangerous. They have a canopy but people going in and out make the steps slippery.
