We had an excellent stay at DoubleTree Hilton-Hyde Park. All staff including, King David, Saim, kim and Mervin were accommodating and very helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Lovely location- right next to hyde park and lots of good food and drink! Buffet breakfast was also very nice and good way to start the day Warm cookies on arrival were a very nice touch! Thanks so much!!

Excellent location. Super staff on the reception desk - our check-in and check out experiences were efficient and pleasant. The king room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we had a great view of Hyde Park. Our bathroom was tiny, but that’s London for you!!

It was close to Hyde Park & Kensington Palace A few issues with checking in as we couldn’t get our room until 4.30pm although they did offer a free drink for us
