I was especially charmed by the friendliness and courtesy of the hotel staff. It was very hot when I arrived in London. The hotel manager offered me a free upgrade to a larger room (double) with a view of the park. I was delighted and very grateful. The cleanliness of the entire hotel deserves special mention. The breakfast was excellent and the lemon cake for dessert was unforgettable. Thank you. I plan to come back with my wife and stay at this hotel next year. I was completely satisfied

The room has no proper windows. There is actually a small window, but it cannot be opened. The air conditioning has to be kept running, but it is quite noisy. There are no USB sockets, only UK power outlets, so I had to buy an adapter. About an hour after I checked in, someone from the hotel staff tried to enter my room and actually opened the door.

Great location if u want to be in Nottingham Hill. Coffee and teas and nicely decorated. Staff was sullen and snooty.

The location! Peacefully lied between Bayswater and Notting Hill which was great! The bathroom was small but new and very clean. The air conditioning worked well, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel after having to change accommodation twice during my stay in London. Overall, the room was comfortable and adequately maintained. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. It would also be a significant improvement if the carpet could be removed from the bedroom as well as from the bathroom. The bathroom was particularly pleasant because of its clean, non-carpeted finish. Finally, I found one of the receptionist, S., a bit blunt and not particularly welcoming, which slightly affected the overall impression of the stay. The rest of the staff was nice The room is definitely not a Deluxe Double. It is a very small single room. I understand that room sizes can vary depending on local standards, but describing it as a Deluxe Double is misleading. I was informed in advance that my room was in the basement, which was absolutely fine and not an issue for me. However, I was not informed that there would be some external noise. It was not extremely loud, but it did disturb my sleep somewhat.

Everything Nothing

A comfy little hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are on the smaller side (but normal for London) but working A/C during hot summer kept it quite nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was clean and had air con The basement room I was initially allocated had opaque windows. Staff helpful and showed me two other rooms to choose from on top floor which was much better albeit smaller which staff warned me about so I was happy to take Room 402

Location was good. , chose it for that reason. Because we requested a room with 2 single beds, which they only have 4 of, we were in a subterranean room with a non functioning airco and a fan as support, at outside temperatures of 28+ degrees outside. Biggest issue was that staff tried to portray it as totally adequate and that the airco worked (showed 19 degrees but room was at 26 degrees)

The property is in a very prime location and well connected to the public transport. The staff was super polite, helpful, accommodating and they also upgraded our room. Our luggage was also stored after check-out for no extra cost. N/A

The location is honestly perfect for a London trip. You’ve got everything super close by - easy public transport, shops, restaurants, entertainment, you name it. I travelled alone and stayed in a single room, which was actually the perfect size for one person. Small, but cosy and had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable throughout my stay.

Location is good, close to underground. Staff were excellent. Air conditioner in the room helped given the weather was very hot during my stay in London. Room was tiny, shower was very small and difficult to get in and out of, and I am not a big person at all. Room is dark and dated, which just emphases just how small it is.

Location excellent and room well-appointed. No view at all from window; slightly cell-like feel.

Lokace, čistota, milý personál Nepohodlná postel, a v našem pokoji nešlo otevřít okno takže nešlo pořádně vyvětrat.
