Room was good also the location of the hotel is very beautiful. Staff is very kind and helpful. My all over experience was so nice.

I think the location of the Hotel is fantastic, which is in Central London, and the room was fine, though I appreciate the staff for changing our room as it was quite small for two guests. That's appreciated. I think the services at the Hotel, for instance, there was a situation when we wanted some cutlery and we called the Reception/Housekeeping and they literally asked us to come to reception and get it. Another instance was water, where they asked us to come up and refill it. Like, I don't remember in my whole life any Hotel has asked me to do that by myself. What's the point of staying in a hotel if I only need to get things by myself? Completely disappointing. In fact, the room was cleaned while we were not in the hotel, and this wasn't even communicated to us beforehand. The card inside the room says customers are responsible for their own belongings. I don't point fingers, but there needs to be appropriate communication in this regard. Even the breakfast menu is the same every morning, which is quite boring, as it feels like not much thought has been put into it.

Good price but you get what you pay for One of my colleagues rooms was mouldy and smelt bad, and they charged us £20 to upgrade to a room that was clean which I think is bad as the room was awful.

In a lovely area, very safe and upmarket part of London Good air conditioning Staff allowed us to check in early for free despite online saying there was a fee of £20 per hour Close to tube lines Luggage storage The ‘ family room’ included 4 single beds, it did what we needed however there was no space at all in the room if a family did stay in there.

I love love my stay here in London so much, the location so strategic and only 5-7mins walk to Bayswater station where there a lots of restaurants, souvenir shops and groceries store. The staffs are so helpful and check in process was smooth too. If i were to go to london again i would definitely stay at here again.

Location There was no coffee capsules for coffee machine in the room. You had to go to the reception every time and ask for coffee capsules. It was a bit odd and nonsense. Room size was small despite booking a deluxe room. It was not possible to open the luggage unless putting it on the bed.
