Good value Breakfast started very late.

I loved the location because it’s close to the subway station, loved the air conditioning given there was a massive heatwave, and loved the kind staff who helped when sometimes the door wouldn’t unlock. The shower heads are stuck to the wall, so detachable shower heads would be helpful when upgrading bathrooms in the future.

We got 2 separate beds instead of a double bed.

Great location, close by to the tube station and in a very quiet area A little rundown and a very weak WiFi signal

Clean Too small rooms

No tv remote in the room Room phone didn't work. There was a wardrobe where a headboard should be! Although it was sealed shut the handles were at pillow level, a real health and safety issue. Couldn't reach bedside lights without getting out of bed.

The location was perfect easy to find and very convenient. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. On top of that, the prices were fair and offered great value for the quality of service. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit again.

It was safe and inexpensive but better quality than expected. It was an older place so the elevator was a bit rickety.

We loved the location of the property, it was near a very nice area and close walk to everything. It was very easy to maneuver as first timers near the area. Good food places nearby as well. It was a comfortable stay, although some things were a bit dated and cramped it was good overall. No AC on the warmer days, the room was a bit small but it was still practical and comfortable for all 4 of us. The elevator was really small, so we had to take more than 1 trip to have our luggage up to our room. Only one key provided and the key had to be kept inserted near the door to receive electricity. Also bathroom light kept turning off if it detects no movement.

Breakfast could be better.

Located in quiet, yet nice classical area near Notting Hill. Not far to reach central places by public transport. One thing I disliked, is that the room did not match the photos. According to photos the room has capsule coffee machine, however in reality, we were told that our room is not the type that have it, and in pictures other types of room are referred. When we checked in, we immediately found that when we turn on the kettle, the electricity in the room went off. We had to spend quite a time to call or go to reception, they were sending staff to inspect and then promised to change the kettle, claiming its defective. They changed it, and problem remained. Only one day later finally the issue was solved, with a third kettle, and we were able to normally use the room's facilities. The reception seemed to not be extra invested in our case. Another problem was that the payment was facilitated through booking-com and but the transaction remained as "pre-purchase". We were made to make the payment again at reception desk, and were assured it can not be finished through booking-com. It was quite stressful and unusual, because for the first days our bank card had two different transactions for hotel, with different labels, and we were not sure if the first transaction will be refunded. Those things together were unpleasant, until it all got stable by the day 3. For the foreigners like us, the price for hotel is extremely high to to endure such stresses and failures. I also didn't like how the room was engineered. The hair drier was upon the table in the room, so it was just upon the coffee/tea and kettle with cups. It was not hygienic, and everything was mounted in wall, so you couldn't move them. Also there were no power sockets in room, only one at the same coffee table, and it was extremely inadequate for quadruple room.

Location There was no coffee capsules for coffee machine in the room. You had to go to the reception every time and ask for coffee capsules. It was a bit odd and nonsense. Room size was small despite booking a deluxe room. It was not possible to open the luggage unless putting it on the bed.

Nothing to complain about :)
