The hotel is located in excellent location The curtains were really dirty, floor was hardly hoovered - not too clean hotel

The hotel was easy to find. Could get early check in. Surprisingly spacious, there was water cooker, nespresso machine. They provided many tea bags, coffee, chocolate, sugar. Even there was iron. For the price, its good. I would go there again. Near to tubes I was at the basement but still received good light. Could open window to let the air in. If you bring big luggages, would probably too small to carry in the hallway.

Nothing at all. There was nothing to like. It was a hugeeee disappointment!!! How do I answer this? There was nothing to like so how can I qualify what I didn’t like? It was a bad experience. Toilet was extremely dirty.

The property was clean and comfortable. I Asked for a room on ground floor as I’m disabled. They gave me first floor which I agreed. The stairs were difficult to climb. I hadn’t realised you had to take ID to prove your identity. Luckily I had something on me. But not the usual ones.

The location is very good. Close to the metro station and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, which was nice. When we arrived, we were given the keys to someone else’s room, and after we came back to reception, they told us we had been moved to a different hotel. I had not received an email about this at all… We then had to walk to the other hotel where our room was in the basement. We were told these room were new, but they clearly weren’t. Would’ve appreciated if they let me know in advance that they had moved us to a different hotel… Very disappointing after travelling all day.
