We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The property is very family-friendly and was a great choice for travelling with children. The location is excellent, with a variety of restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby, including Boots and Marks & Spencer. There are also two Underground stations just around the corner, making it easy to get around London. The entire property, including the rooms, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely return on my next trip to London.

Great value for money. The rooms are very clean. Friendly staff. Cosy atmosphere. Shattaf! Rooms were too small. My room had a 10-step stairs in it!

The hotel was really nice, with a great location. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as underground stations within walking distance. The staff were excellent—very kind, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are very small, but for it it was enough The breakfast. The choice was very limited.
