Breakfast was fine, service was good, location was good with easy access to the subway The room and bed was so small it was difficult being two people there. We could barely get past each other and sleeping was difficult with such little space.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely room size and finishes. Sadly there were lots of live flies/nats in the bathroom, in and around the toilet, shower and sink - which made it unusable, we only stayed one night so not a massive issue for us, but staff were keen to resolve when we notified them.

We were very happy with our accommodations while in London. The room was very clean and looked brand new. The breakfast was very good, with friendly staff eager to serve. The wifi wasn’t very strong in our room.
