Spotlessly clean. Very good staff. Location is excellent. Lift is a bit slow

Good location near to underground. Easy to find, but please read negatives. Staff were friendly. The basement rooms as so hot with no air conditioning or even a far. You will swelter at night in summer and other guests had doors open just to cool room and so you could hear them chatting.. The breakfast is sadly poor., strong, bitter coffee and the sausages and bacon looked anemic. I would advise paying a bit more for something better. Beds were hard and springs worn, my wife complained at lot and said her back hurt.

The single room with separate bathroom was bigger than I expected, nice and quiet, and I could open the window (big bonus). The bathroom was dinky sized, but I am quite small. Bathrobe provided and I never met anyone on the way there, as room and bathroom were in a back stairwell (there was one other bathroom there). The room overlooked the street, but it's a square and was really quiet at night. All spotlessly clean and well maintained, pleasant staff, comfy single bed, and when I arrived the central heating was on (it seemed to be turned off the final day, as it was warm). Cosy! I had a convenient 4 nights there - it is not far from Bayswater station and the Circle and District lines which are only one flight of steps down. (From memory Queensway has lifts, and it's not much further away.) Lots of mini supermarkets near the station and eateries nearby (nice pizza on corner just coming out of station). If you had mobility issues this room in a back stairwell might not suit, as it was up 5 stairs, with a heavy door at the top (everything else, including my little bathroom, was on a level serviced by lifts). There is a safe in the wardrobe but it's only a tiny one, not a big laptop safe (however, I will say that I felt super, super secure being there).

Room was clean, staff was courteous, & the location was easy walking distance to catch the underground. The room was quite small for us.

The place was immaculate, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfy, it was an easy walk to the tube station, I will be going back.

Location No A/C the room was to hot even with 2 fans

Loved the hotel would definitely stay again here !

Great location. Lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. The room was very warm.

UNBELIEVABLY WONDERFUL ! ! !~ SUCH A WARM WELCOME WAS HAD FROM THE OWNER OF THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY RIGHT THROUGH TO ALL OF THE RECEPTION STAFF BEING ADEL, SANJANA, MOHAMMED, LOUKIK, RUEBIN INCLUDING THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. IT'S BEEN A LONG WHILE BEFORE FINDING SUCH LOVELY STAFF IN ANY ONE GIVEN HOTEL! A HUGE "THANK YOU" TO YOU ALL. THERE WAS - "NOTHING TO DISLIKE" - IN THIS LOVELY PROPERTY AT ALL.

Excellent accommodation for the area we stayed. The room was very small.

My 4th or 5th stay, love the location near Hyde Park and Bayswater as well as Notting Hill areas, lots to do and loads of good places to eat within walking distance. Hotel team are very nice and efficient and I love that a lot of rooms have a bath. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need and are always well kept and clean.
