Everything was good except the staffs in the reception, they dont even smile,how will hospitality industry work like this Staffs should be trained properly , the lady in the reception did not even help us , we were outside the hotel she saw us but she ignored us and was busy in her phone .

The location is great Beds are really bad, room not so clean and there is not even rubbish bin in the room.

Location is excellent. Quite area and very close to tube Stayed in a room with 1 double and 1 single bed. Single bed base was broken towards end; that being said....didn't stop my 16y old from sleeping on it

Location Dirty room, there was someone else’s hairs in both beds. Couldn’t stand up where the double bed was due to extremely low ceiling. Email from booking.com should have stated needed passport or driving licence. First night the heating was so high it was terribly uncomfortable. No mirror in room to do my hair and makeup other than small one in bathroom which I couldn’t use as two other people in room showering but also couldn’t dry hair in there. There was no bin in bedroom
