Location is good for Notting Hill and just off the Main Street Lack of Cleanliness in the room, shower too hot could not regulate the temperature had to use the sink to wash hair etc. very small double room. Have been in better rooms for less money. Pillows were hard and dirty not very comfy to sleep in. Room tired and lack of space could only access the bed from one side.

Really very basic and in a slightly grimy basement for £120 I was expecting more. They were not able to give me a receipt for my stay despite request.

Fabulous location! There was a lovely staff I couldn’t find the hotel my maps weren’t working with me and a lady who worked there super kindly came and met me to bring me to the hotel! another member who felt like she genuinely shared excited about my first time in London and really and gave me fabulous recommendations! The bed was comfy and the room was very pretty. Fresh towels and bed turn over every day. The shower temperature was a bit hard to control and the shower head seemed to spout water all over the place, maybe hadn’t had grime cleaned out of it... there was some confusion with the room I was staying in and it felt a bit awkward listening to staff back and fourth. On the first day and upon booking I was told about a terrace roof that I could have a cigarette on and then later in the day I was told I wasn’t allowed to use it so had to stand outside the property. There were no bottles of water in the room or a fridge to store things which was a bit upsetting during a warm summer stay - they do provide small bottles of water you can purchase from reception.

The location is fantastic with Bayswater underground a 5 minute walk away. Lovely area. Our bedroom was in the basement & it was freezing cold. The rooms are very small.

Room was clean There's areas that we walked through that appeared unfinished and untidy.

Disappointing

In a great location, close to shops etc. I didn't like the price. No info offered on check in and the staff on check in were not great either. They offered no info about the hotel, I.e, was breakfast included etc, plus there was no air con.

About 100°c on the top floor couldn’t sleep

Great location 10 minutes walk from the underground. Small clean room in a lovely safe location

Location is good, hotel clean.

The property is well located and the room had a nice balcony There appeared to be a lack of maintenance with intermittent power at one of the sockets, a detached bathroom door handle and no sink plug.

Great location, close to Paddington, and 5 mind to the tube. Arrived a bit early but everything was ready and staff were happy to let us check in.
