Staff was helpful, friendly and always made sure we were having a great time. There were guided tours and dinner provided for free everyday as well as drinking games and nights out in cool spots in the city. This made it easy to connect with people and be part of a team! Bathrooms were cleaned everyday and beds were comfortable. Met good and fun people in my time there including the lovely staff! I totally recommend!!

I had such an amazing stay at Onefam Notting Hill! The atmosphere is incredible, everyone is so welcoming, and it really feels like a little family rather than just a hostel. A special shoutout to the three amazing sisters — Saša, Meg and Lara! ❤️ They were all so friendly, kind and fun, and genuinely made my stay even more memorable. Their energy and hospitality are something I’ll definitely remember. If you’re staying in London and want a hostel where you can meet great people and feel at home, I 100% recommend Onefam Notting Hill! ✨

Definitely the social vibe! It was so easy to meet new people, especially during the free dinners, drinking games and nights out. It made my first solo trip such a great experience. The staff were amazing, friendly, enthusiastic and made everyone feel welcome. The tours with Christoph were also super fun. It was quite hot during my stay, but that’s obviously not something the hostel could control!

It was my first time in London and my second time staying in a hostel (my first experience was just three weeks earlier in Lisbon), and it was such a great experience! First of all, the welcome was so warm and friendly (shoutout to Lucy! ). As an introvert, this is really important for me to feel comfortable and at ease.The hostel is also in a great location, which is definitely a big plus! And finally, the activities, nights out, parties, etc. are just amazing and make it so easy to meet people and really get into the London atmosphere! It was honestly a great experience and I highly recommend it! P.S. As a woman travelling solo, I felt completely safe, even though I stayed in a mixed dorm and used mixed bathrooms. -

The reception staff were fantastic — very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was great for exploring London, and the hostel had a nice social atmosphere. Everything was very good considering the price. Nothing major. For the price, everything was perfectly fine.

The staff were fantastic — really friendly and welcoming. I loved the environment and the energy the people there brought; it made the whole experience feel special. Lucille in particular really made me feel welcome, and I'd happily recommend this hostel to anyone in need of accommodation. Honestly, nothing. I can't fault it.

- amazing neighbourhood - quiet, clean, safe - The people at onefam are chill and very helpful - rooms don't have ACs so maybe 2 fans per room could be there to keep it cool

The location was amazing, it was a quiet and pretty central neighborhood with lots of good coffee shops near by. Also the staff from hostel can help you with their recs. Mickey and Magda were one of the most kind people I ve met and also they know how to have fun and be sure you ll not be bored while going out with the hostel. Also Leo was a really nice surprise his predrinking games are always lit but Lee was also doing a great job. Lucy and Sasha are also angels. Left with really nice memories and hope to come back soon. For my very first solo trip, I would definitely recommend this hostel. I already had some activities planned for the week I went, but I made changes so I could join group activities! The staff and volunteers working there are truly top-notch! I received excellent help and had the best days ever! I miss it already! Thank you, Mikey, Maggie, Leo, Lee, Andressa, Giulia, Nat, and all the other amazing staff! I will be back!

A social hostel and the stuffs were helpful It was not that bad but the room was so hot and the bathrooms and toilets was so cramped. But the guys was so kind and helpful, thanks.

Very helpful staff, unlike many other hostels Also very friendly and generally the place is very socially active, they make it more than just a place to stay the night, but a place to have fun as well Location is great, nice to walk around and close to metro and bus station too
