Room was so small and shower area is tiny and horrible, no air out let , very poor maintenance. Don’t recommend d this hotel For family and very discomfort beds.

The room was clean and comfortable but extremely hot. Thought I had ordered b+b, but we were told we hadn't. The room was too hot.

Staff friendly, location good. No big deal but could have done with a tray or something in the shower cubicle for soap/shampoo.

The staff were nice. The room got very warm at night and very humid. We would have prefered to be able to open the Windows but were instructed not too. The fan was way to small for two people so the nights were very uncomfortable and hot. There is definitely room for improvement.

Perfecto location. Clean and up to date rooms. Very friendly staff.

The location was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the room was of decent size. The tap was loose, almost broken. Rooms weren't soundproofed so we could hear our neighbours partying till 3 am.

Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to Kensington Gardens and easy reach of several tube stations. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Lots of tea and instant coffee available in the rooms and little soaps and body wash (though I recommend you bring your own). The weather was warm and the room had already been provided with a fan. Plenty of plugs near the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with requests. The facilities were a little lacking, or rather in need of some TLC; the shower leaked out the back of the head, the sash window would slide itself shut after being open for 10 minutes which led to a very stuffy night. We were told to wedge something under it, but as there were bars in front of the window, this is not feasible. The room in general could do with a refresh, cracked tiles and marked walls and no lock on the toilet door. But in all honesty, for £64 for 2 people in the middle of Kensington for 1 night on the school holidays, I would return.
