Staff exceptionally friendly. The place has a really good vibe.

The location, the staff and the place in general. Maybe a lamp by the beds? There is just one light and if you arrive late and don’t want to be rude you need a lantern!

Great location and friendly staffs

The reception was very kind and the property is located at a perfect place. The only problem for me was the toilet was not very clean.

The best part about this hostel is the supportive staff and sense of community. This made the stay much more memorable. It’s in a great location with all required facilities. Room can get hot in the summer. Best to bring a portable fan.

The staff was friendly; the hostel is a whole community of its own. They had games, dinners, drink-ups, games, and walks planned for us. It was such an amazing time. 100% recommend, especially for solo travelers!! Nothing!! or can't think of anything really.

Some bed linens are really old and need to be replace. Also a lot of cobwebs under the bed that needs to be clean.

Safe location, easy to get to. Staff was very kind, made an effort to be friends, not just friendly. Pay for what you get. Could do with better mattresses, but on the other hand, i saved like 80£ a night over a hotel room in a far worse neighborhood.

Location was great and safe (Notting Hill), staff/volunteers were friendly, they had social events every day if you wanted to partake (but not a party hostel) and some free dinners, and kitchen/patio/Netflix room was nice and clean Areas of improvement: 1. Every great hostel I've stayed at provides cooking oil/spices to guests for cooking so I was surprised and disappointed that this one didn't 2. The day tours were way too early at 10am... Perhaps push it back to 11am to increase attendance, especially after a night out

This was really a lovely Hostel. I never expected they have an orderly kitchen and dining area. Accessible also to some restaurants and small groceries. Train stations are also nearby. The floor of the room is a bit old, made of woods. So sometimes it made squicky sounds.

Every hostel I've stayed at has provided cooking oil, salt, and pepper but not this one... These are basics in a kitchen.
