Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Good powerful shower. Good size bed, executive room. Bar was decent. Fabric shower curtain. Stayed during heatwave and bedrooms were very very hot and bathroom hotter, mattress was dippy and felt like being at sea, one person moved and the other felt after shock.

7 rating was because there was no refridgerator or microwaves in the room but the night staff was kind in warming up our food. The bathrooms on the basement floors were very very small one person can barely fit and there was a slight carpet scent.

Probably the best location for the price you may find. Several tube stations in 5-10min walking distance, very nice neighbourhood, quiet street. Room was simple but had everything you might need for your stay and very clean. Simple breakfast with not much selection though good enough for a couple of days. Matress was a bit too worn out and leaning to one side which was not very comfortable for sleeping.

The room was spacious and clean. If it were too warm, fans were present in the room. Breakfast was great and efficient. Location near both Bayswater and Queensway Tube station make this a perfect spot to stay. The shower was a little bit slippery and for the average Dutchy and attached to the wall a little bit too low.
