Nice and convenient location Friendly staff Adequate little single rooms Delicious and varied breakfast in a nice large room. Due to the heat wave, it was very hot in the rooms. The lobby and breakfast room were ok. First evening the water in the bathroom was boiling hot, so no shower possible, but a solution was found and it was repaired for our second night Maybe the carpet overall should be replaced

Nice little hotel in a superb location, with lovely staff and everything you could ask for from a 3 star. The room and common areas were both clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was reasonably good. Would recommend for a stay of 1-2 nights The room was extremely stuffy in August. There was a fan in the room which helped somewhat, but air conditioning here would make the world of difference to this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel that I have stayed at several times. It is in a quiet location but close to nearby attractions and public transport options. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is excellent value for money. There is nothing I didn't like.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and the location is particularly excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Unfortunately, this time my stay did not live up to my expectations. There is no air conditioning in the room, which made it very uncomfortable during the fifth heatwave. A fan had been provided, but unfortunately it did not help much. The bed was also quite hard, as were the pillows.

Location, room, bfast I think the reception area needs attention. Looks like a doctor’s surgery needs a few tables, lamps.

Location This hotel is not good during any warm weather as it has little to no ventilation. You can’t open the windows because of safety concerns-a problem which could be easily solved by putting bars outside the windows. Basically unliveable on the sunny side of the building

Breakfast is ok. Location is good, near two subway stations and close to the park, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear any noise from outside our other rooms. Staff was ok but I asked for a clothes iron that was never delivered to the room because they forgot. I had to ask it for it again at the reception.
