Great location close to subway, bus stops and Kensington park. Nice breakfast though a bit repetitive, the ladies there were really nice too. The receptionist borrowed us an EU adapter as the sockets are British (but also few usb-a ports). It was very hot in London those days and the room got quite hot too with no AC. There was a fan and we could open the window which made it more bearable. The room was quite small, which was ok but it was hard to walk around the bed. The door had a large gap at the bottom (cca 2cm).

Location My room on the third floor next to lift. And it squeaked every time it was used

Location Staff not very friendly

Very unusual plane. I will not recommend this place (not having bothroom very difficult)

Location is the only thing that's good about this place The single room was very small and the bathroom was not at all as advertised in the pictures.the shower was barely sufficient for one person to take a shower. There were moths in the room. I did get a room change which had a better shower but was very noisy as I could hear everything from other rooms, which kept me up all night I would suggest the single rooms atleast for anyone, it isn't what it looks like.

Convenient for my meeting, very quiet. On the whole, served the purpose I needed it for. A lot of mould in shower, shower head needed replacing, very dated and no plug sockets within reach of the kettle.

Location was great and the bed comfortable We were put on the top floor which was very hot, the bathroom was very small and the shower not fit for purpose. When we arrived there was a dirty pillowcase in the sink, no tea bags, no coffee, no sugar or milk. The breakfast was minimalistic even for a continental and we didn’t bother on day two

Convenient location to Paddington and Bayswater stations. Cafes nearby. Bed was comfortable. Room was run down and tatty, not very clean.

The location and staff were fantastic! The bed was comfortable and it was easy to walk to two different tube stations. The hotel is on a quiet street so it was nice to be away from the city hustle and bustle. I appreciated the upgrade to a higher floor from the basement at check-in, but I caution that the singles are quite small. The bathroom was tiny (like a person larger than 5’2 wouldn’t fit). The room was a bit dusty but the bed was comfortable and luckily there was a fan in the room during the hottest May on record. Overall I would stay again! I just wish there was a mini fridge! With how expensive food is there was no way to save any leftovers.

The location Decor and appliances were dated: no bin and refreshment items on arrival. Room not cleaned for 2nd day and towels not changed.
