Tiny room at the hart of the Kensington. Good comfortable bad, and perfect location. Good for the money.

It was decent location for our visit, due to us going to a wedding. Stunk of mould, £300.00 for 2 nights, mice traps under the bed, old outdated rooms, smallest TV ever, terrible pressure on the water for a shower, drainage was blocked, carpet ripped up at the back under the bed,

Great location, clean room. There was no-one at reception when arrived to check-in at around midnight however it says 24-hour front desk, me an other guests had to wait 15 minutes until someone showed up. Also had to wait for someone at check-out. Room was nice but the bed was creaky. Staircase to the top floor is very narrow and steep, not recommended for older people. Breakfast is very very basic, not worth it.

The location was excellent, very near to tube stations. There was no noise from outside the hotel, but one or two guests were not as quiet as they could have been. I was advised that the water in the room was not safe to drink so I had to get a disposable cup from the lounge and Phil from the water Fountain near the reception desk to take up to my room. There was no lift.

Very clean, very safe and nice area, good connected, the room had everything you really needed. Very close to the center. Very good price. Basic breakfast. No elevator.

It was to small no atmosphere and way to warm I didn’t like the room we stayed it was to small no air room was so hot our breakfast was cold the two mornings we were there and the staff were not very helpful
