It was in the Center and you could reach everything with 30 min. The room and the Building was really tight and small and you had to pay extra for breakfeast if you wanna eat english breakfeast.
-
Reception staff fantastic! Stairs enormous fun Breakfast staff could’ve been a bit more organized - idea good, follow through not so much

The staff were friendly and the location is close to Hyde Park. The beds were comfy and the room was clean enough. The room was a bit cramped for 5 people.
-
The only thing that we really liked was the breakfast provided. The room was so hot and did not have air conditioning; The bedroom’s sheet was not changed during our stay; The mattress was so uncomfortable to sleep; The shower was not good.

Perfect location near two metro statons and possible walking distance to the center Very small room

Great location and good value, friendly staff, the room was clean, silent neighbourhood, luggage storage. The room was really hot, there was a fan in the room, but it wasn't enough.

The check in process was easy. The reception workers were kind and attentive. They provided clear instructions upon check in and let us check in early. The location was good it was central to the train station as well as the hop on hop off buses. The price was good for a stay in London. The room was bare. It had no comforts at all. We had to climb 4 flights of very narrow dangerous victorian style stairs with all our luggage. We were in the annex building I am not sure if the main building is better equipped. The shower was terrible. Not only was the shower head broken so it wouldn't stay up there was zero water pressure it. The room was clean but it was outdated and dingy. As is customary in the UK there was no AC but the fan that was provided barely blew any air.

Very clean room with a balcony which was a surprise and nice area. Free continental breakfast was great as well.

Its location There was a spider, a rat and mosquitos in my room, the room was barely arranged anytime they came to clean up, the floor boards were very wiggly
-
The location was good The rooms were very hot! There were lots of stairs- 5 flights and at each flight the staircase got narrower and narrower. Don’t come if you’ve got lots of luggage!! One staff member behind the counter followed my young daughter to the toilets which was not appropriate or appreciated and made us feel on edge. Breakfast set up is also strange.

It was near by the underground which facilitated my transportation The room was very very small, with no enough ventilation, just a small fan circulating hot air

Breakfast was excellent, great location, nice staff, fan provided Broken window that wouldn't fully close, no lift and lots of stairs - but we expected that, shower very small but fine
