The perfect location! The reception staff was amazing!

Exceptionally helpful and kind staff. We had a number of questions and small requests, and their patience and kindness was incredible. It was also very clean. The bathroom is incredible small. I’m a small female and I couldn’t use the hand basin and shower with the door closed. I would not recommend to anyone travelling in a group who likes their privacy. The room also felt like it had lots of maintenance “band aids” and it was a bit run down. Our fridge didn’t close properly.

Location, lift to the floors, powerful showers Poor wifi connection never worked! Room v hot n small, no place to put luggage. Should get rid of cooked tops n provide microwave oven instead. Did not replenish tea n coffee the next day

Location is great, close to Paddington station and lots of great restaurants. Room was small which was expected and the furnishings were quite run down in room. Bed was hard and our room was in the basement with no airflow really and quite damp/humid.

Beautiful building with a friendly atmosphere and a very welcoming reception. It was perfect for what we needed and cannot fault it. Bathroom was tiny so probably wouldn’t suit an overly tall person. I am 4ft11 and struggled in there. But everything else was absolutely fantastic Nothing. It was perfect

Room was a good size and the staff were helpful and made check in easy. Super clean! It was quiet and a very nice area to stay in, right near Hyde Park which provided a lovely walk into more central London. There's also a great Greek bakery nearby called Kyel, which we'd highly recommend. Definitely worth staying here.
