Reception staff very friendly and helpful Adjoining room was so noisy with kids screaming and bed was crammed into the corner of the room. Someone had left an old top in the wardrobe shelf and bathroom door did not shut properly

Nice small clean room with a fridge, a kettle , a small stove top and a portable ac which worked well as the summer days were quite warm. Staff very welcoming and friendly and always had a friendly greeting. Staff made a microwave available for me in the community kitchen. Hotel close walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway tubes and bus 94 , 23 and 7 which take you right into central London. Rental bikes are also a walking distance away. Not really too much of a problem as I was out a lot but the tv in the room froze several times .

We stayed only 1 night,it was in a good and safe area. We got a room placed mid-sole , basement. In the bathroom smelled a little bit like mold and were stains of water on the ceiling.

The location My room was odd shaped and hot. Room facing the sun set and the curtain not the light blocking type .. afternoon was super warm sunrise was early so very bright

There was nothing I can say that I “liked”. The room electrical fuse was switched off so no lighting came on initially. The bed was small for two people. There was a desk crammed in front of the wardrobe. There was an ugly kitchen sink and old electric hob and worktop in the room. There were no bedside tables. Only one light worked above the bed. The shower was tiny and very old. The lipped and bed was uncomfortable. The room was very hot and there was no air conditioning. There was a very noisy free standing fan in the room. The tv did not work as was very pixelated. The room was tiny. Would I ever stay there again? NO.
