Just a 4 min walk from the Bayswater underground. Clean and great value for money Would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast

I love the fact that it had air conditioning The bed was really small for two people. The bathroom was very small hard to use the sink. There was no place to relax either in the room or outside in the lobby since it was too small.

Perfectly quaint room, clean, comfortable and the staff were super helpful and accomodating! Surprisingly quiet with busier main streets not too far away. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but good enough!

Location was great. The room was very comfortable, quiet, modern and very clean. The breakfast was good. I’d prefer a pork sausage and rasher though.

The rooms are nice, the location and the area, the staff, the shower. Overall - two rooms, one for us and one for the kids was an excellent setup. The bed in the double room was too small for my wife and I - the staff was kind enough to give us an upgrade to a room with a king size bed (it's a British king size, I guess) and that solved the problem. It is important to take the right type of room, especially if staying more than one night.

Great location – quiet and peaceful, and just two streets away are shops, restaurants, metro stations, and bus stops. The hotel is spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, and well-equipped. I highly recommend it!

The location was within minutes of the London underground. Beautiful breakfast with lots of options. The family room that sleeps 4 was terrific. We arrived after an overnight flight and they let us in early to change! Would highly recommend this property for your stay in London!

Room was great, and had air conditioning (a must with the weather we're having at the moment). Great selection of food options for breakfast, and friendly staff. Overall a brilliant stay. Nothing to dislike.
