Lovely location, great food places super close, tube station close and easily accessible. Family room was a basement room, felt very basic for the price, quite noisy despite the quiet-ish suburban location.
-
Excellent breakfast and great location. The tube station was close as were restaurants and shops.

Breakfast was exceptionally good for a hotel of this size. Cooked to order and more than just the usual English full breakfast option. Location was great, very quiet neighbourhood, yet very close to 2 underground stations and a busy street with plenty of eating out options. Room was on the smaller size, but fairly average for London!
-
Location, very helpful stuff, fantastic breakfast, very clean. Noise insulation and ventilation of the rooms could be better, but one has to acknowledge being in an historic neighborhood and building, so no big issue.

most things were ok most things could have been better too

A comfortable, pleasant hotel in a gorgeous, peaceful part of London.

Period property in good location for our requirements. Bed was too soft for me.

We are in the back side room.it is ok and more quiet. No refrigerator inside room cannot keep cold food in summer time.

The location of this property is incredible, staff are helpful and friendly and it is very clean. There is little not to like- but make sure you check the size of your room when you book- the single rooms are quite small. Not a criticism, but know what you’re booking.

Convenient location, with 6-7 min to Bayswater and Queensway

Clean Wasn’t located by anything really

The hotel and room was very clean, the room and especially the bathroom was modern with constant hot water, and good standard facilities. I was lucky to stay in a room set aside from the main corridor so it was very quiet. I really appreciated the lift instead of carrying a suitcase up the stairs. The staff were excellent, always friendly, courteous and helpful. The mattress was unfortunately very lumpy and I did get backache after a couple of days. I hope they consider replacing it some time soon. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory.

The location for us as a family of 3 was great felt safe and loads of restaurants , it was clean The rooms are small and the breakfast was too expensive and not great value for money
