The location is excellent and the accessibility to the underground is amazing, there a lot of excellent shops and restaurants around and best of all it is in front of the hyde park Nothing all is good

Location and general condition Rooms are all irregularly shaped. You never know what you are going to get! Bathrooms are tiny! Barely any room to shower properly.

The room and view of Hyde Park is lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurent is great as you can order a la carte. Location is perfect! nothing

Location was good, being right next to the gardens and subway. Room was very small. Hardly could fit in my bag without getting it in my way.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Normally, I do not leave reviews for every hotel I stay at. However, I felt compelled to comment on this particular hotel. Despite being informed on our first day that the lifts would be repaired the following day, we had to access our room on the 4th floor on foot every single day of our stay. Including the day of our departure, the lifts were never repaired. This situation is not only unfair to guests, but also to the staff members who had to carry our luggage under these conditions. For a hotel of this size and corporate standing, such negligence is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Additionally, on some occasions, the level of cleanliness did not meet our expectations.

Great Location Lift broke and we were told it would be fixed in half an hour. Waited in the bar for nearly 2 hours and it still wasn’t fixed. Took 3 people to help my elderly 86 years old father in law up to the 3rd floor!!!! In the morning, still no fixed. My 84 year old mother had to go to the front desk and try and get some breakfast brought up. She has Macular Degeneration and therefore poor vision Then they had to wait in the room until my husband and I could get there in order to get them downstairs
