Nothing Un clean room full of dust and mold, unclean bed sheets,common toilet are broken and un clean ,room heather are not working,all night people are shouting can’t sleep ,broken and rusty fridge ,wardrobe are broken and nothing to hand inside,only for display,full of dust

Very convenient place to get to London. The staff member especially Reshma was very kind and helpful. She was extremely helpful and hardworking person so I give her ten out of ten. She was expert in customer service. Beds are too small.

The included breakfast is nice, it’s just one option. Only meat also. For me not a problem, but some alternatives would be good. Bed was clean and was comfy for me personally Cleanliness of toilets but mainly showers. Shower could only be set to max heat or just cold. Annoying at best, dangerous at worst. Some toilets and showers couldn’t be locked, but not all of them luckily.

They every thing you need. My door lock was broken but usable. More breakfast options should be given example boiled eggs should be on the menu
