The Place looked way better than the photos on booking, it had been repainted and it was bright and beautiful outside and inside. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Ready to answer any questions. The place was right at the road near a bus stop stage. The hotel is also very near forest gate train station. I was impressed that all facilities like supermarkets, shops, restaurants, church where 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is good and served on time. The lady who serves breakfast is friendly she makes sure you get exactly what you want, she kept checking on us each day. Best location for mobility, regardless of what time of the day or night transport is within a stone throw reach.

Breakfast was well prepared. Room didn't have a chair for the desk in the room initially. Shower took like 4 minutes to get to warm/hot water.

Super fast wifi, friendly helpful staff, many convinient stores nearby, the room is quite clean The wall very thin that I can even hear someone’s phone next room vibrate so my sleep wasn’t well during the stay.

The staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable bed was so comfy and the breakfast that was included in the price was plentiful and delicious, full English buffet?? I didn't like the fact that the Junior Suite we were in was a lot smaller than the standard double that our friend stayed in, it Just didn't make sense it had the same furniture in as we had plus a bed side table and was nearly twice the size, to be fair to the hotel though I did mention it to the member of staff on duty and they offered to move us to a bigger room which we declined as the room we were in was comfortable enough and we'd unpacked before we seen the double room our friend was in, if we stay again we'd book a double room.

Found out that it was a bug bite. I contacted this hotel staff but they did not refund us partially at all.

Inexpensive, good location. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking space, including at the rear of the property. Friendly staff, allowed me to park for the day even after checking out in the morning. Soap/shower gel should have been provided. It is a standard feature in any lodge.

The location of the hotel is quite a strategic one, as you can easily reach it by car. The parking is quite big and it feels very safe. The staff was really kind to let me leave the car for the whole of my check out day. Breakfast was good and bed did its job We had to wait for our room 20 minutes, even though we were in the hotel after the check-in allowed time. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear all the noises.

Well located and plenty of local amenities nearby. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and polite, a credit to their employer, probably the highlight of the stay for me- particularly the receptionist when I arrived and the breakfast fella. The toilet seat was broken and a mission to sit down on. The shower leaked. The door didn’t feel particularly secure. There’s a lot of noise outside the window which was distracting when trying to get to sleep. The plug on the iron was parcel tape!!!! These are little things, well except the iron plug- that’s an accident waiting to happen, but I feel with a little more investment in repairs and facilities this would really have improved my experience and rating. It would be nice to see these improvements as the room would then meet the standards of the wonderful staff there.
